Today me and Chuck gathered everyone at Lily's penthouse, I decided I should tell everyone since my bump was getting really hard to hide. I invited my parents, Nate, and obviously everyone who lived here I asked for them to come and join with the conversation. I told Melanie over the phone, she was too busy with work to fly into New York.
"What's this? Why is everyone here?" Dan asked weirdly.
"Chuck and Bonnie have something to tell us." Lily answered.
"We're just waiting on my parents." I said to fill in the silence of us all waiting.
"Hello?" My mom and dad entered.
"Mom, Dad your here!" I walked over to them and brought them in, Chuck greeted them and so did everyone else.
"So now everyone's here I can finally spread the news." I smiled and everyone waited awkwardly.
"I'm having a baby, with Chuck obviously." I looked at Chuck and laughed, everyone went silent until Jenny screamed and hugged me.
"Congratulations, I'm happy for you both." Lily happily hugged us.
"I expected better news Bonnie, this isn't what we wanted." My mother stood up.
"What? I don't understand..." I looked at my dad and waited for him to say something.
"She's right, we have to go." My dad stood up.
"But.. you just got here." My heart started racing, how they could be so unsupportive was horrible.
"We need to get back to your brother." They began to walk out.
"Of course, you have to get back to perfect Caleb. You can't even see me for less than five minutes but that's okay, you both walk out now and be prepared to never see me again. Okay?" I got madder as I spoke but I meant what I said.
"Goodbye Bonnie." They left and I began to shout, calling them names and it finally got to me that they hate me. Chuck put his arms around me and tried to calm me down, he took me upstairs so everyone wasn't watching.
"Shhh don't cry, if I can get through this without my parents then so can you. This baby has the bestest family it can get." He hugged me tightly.
"I know, it's just hard. Seeing them walk out on me like that but i'm glad you were there with me." I smiled and wiped the mascara from under my eyes.
"It's hard seeing you get so upset, I hate it. All I want is for you to be happy." He kissed my cheek.
"As long as i'm with you." I smiled.
We joined everyone else downstairs again, celebrated the pregnancy as it should be celebrated. Lily and Rufus are so supportive, they were like my parents. I did have to leave school for awhile which was upsetting and stressful but Chuck was by my side. Now all we are waiting for is our little baby.
