Do You Have Anxiety?

Now I wouldn't recommend self diagnosing and I'm not trying to diagnose you but if any of these things apply to you, you might wanna talk to someone or get some help because anxiety is a very serious thing that can turn into something very bad very fast. Anxiety can come in many different forms, you might not even realize you have it. With most common cases of anxiety, they have panic attacks, are constantly worried, feel like they're either invisible or talked about to much, don't like they're self image, and always have second thoughts. There are more "symptoms" but those are pretty much the basics.

What Triggers Anxiety?

Anxiety can be triggered by a variety of things such as simple things like; people whispering, self consciousness, and tense situations. Everyone's body is different and you have to find out what triggers your anxiety so you can do the following, work on those situations as well as avoid them. I would recommend writing down what triggers any of your mental Heath issues and keeping a weekly log of how you've been coping with it weather that be music, art, spending time with friends, or even simply crying.

How Do I Deal/Cope With Anxiety?

Again everyone is different, people cope I'm different ways depending on again what triggers it. I think it would really help if you logged everything weekly such as what is triggering this? how can I avoid it? where do I lost commonly see myself in these situations?  and how can I calm myself down in these situations? It also feels good to look back once you've been cured of these issues to see your growth and how strong you are.

Another mentor I like to use is the 4 7 8 breathing method. Basically it helps control your breathing. Breathe in for 4 counts hold it for 7 counts and let it go slowly for 8 counts. It helps give you mental stability and calms you down in tense situations. The best part about this method is you can costomize it to what works best for you, for example, if you need a deeper breath than maybe breathe in for 5 or 6 counts. It's whatever works for you!  If you want to look into this more simply look up 4 7 8 breathing method or go to this website

And lastly of course the method of talking to someone about it, wether that a parent guardian family member friend cousin therapist or anyone really, it helps to help you understand what your going through and feeling. I know for a lot of people (including me) it can be really hard to open up to people sometimes but I promise you once you do it feels so much better. (Let me know if you would like me to tell you how to do this)

That's pretty much it for my anxiety chapter. If you have ANY questions that you would like answered and I mean any either put it in the comments or dm me I can always edit the chapter. If you would like me to speak deeper on the strategies or add more let me know please I want to help you! Also if you have any situations you need help getting through such as bullying or anything like that let me know so I can help. And my dms are always open if you need to talk, remember it's anonymous so I won't judge you or know who you are. I'm always here for you! Alright guys that's it! Thanks so much for reading hope I could help!
