Prt: 13- Poor Thing

Jason's Pov~

Turning slowly suddenly a certon small sub was clinging quite hard to mine and Nico's chests. The poor sub did all that he could to hid himself from veiw.

"Calm down baby" I told him, rubbing his back slightly "Your safe love. No one is going to get you. I promise."

Nither me nor Nico, who was also distracted comforting the sacred sub, noticed the group of approaching people.

"Jason!" Thalia's voice exclaimed, startling me out of my distraction. Unfortunately it did nothing to help the poor sub, who curntly found himself hiding in his mate arms.

"Don't yell" Nico growled before going back to try and calm the whimpering sub.

The small whines, nor the growl, didn't go unnoticed. The small group looked closely trying to catch a glims of the small creacher making the sound.

"Are they hurt?" Leo, a small sub asked.

"I... I dont know... Based on what Nico told me when they met probley..." I told him, looking down to the poor scared sub, as small helpless whimpers slipped through his lips. Silant tear streaked his pail face. His beautiful eyes wer shut tight at the thought of being taken away. Jason, in that moment wished for nothing more than to rap his wings around the sub, to protect him form the world, make it so that no-one would ever hurt him again.

"If he's hurt we should get him to the infirmary. They can pach him up while you tell us what is happening" Thalia said.

"She's got a point" Nico said looking over at me "if there is a doctor or healer in town Percy needs to see them as soon as posible."

"Percy?" I ask trying to get more than a whimper out of him "come on hunny, we need to go" I tell him.

The little sub opened his eyes in response. But instead of speeking he just bowed his head. Be for making move to release us from his grip.

Both Nico and I had the same reaction of pulling our sub close to us. No-one wants their sub taken away from them... And with how close we were to suffering that fate nither of us were to kean on letting him wander.

"Well carry you. We are not risking somthing like that again, you need to be safe" Nico told the sub.

The sub just stared wide eyed at us befor letting put a soft giggle, a much better sound than the heartbreaking sobs and whimpers, he had been makeing to this points. Noding his head slightly clearly excited at the idea.
