Chapter 12

*the next day*
Early in the morning I heard the door unlock and people rushing in, I got up and ready and went downstairs, I walked into the kitchen and saw my parents and Lucius and Narcissa sitting at the table drinking coffee. 'Good morning' I said in a sleepy voice, they all replied speaking in unison. My mother stood up and I quickly ran into her arms giving her a tight hug 'I've missed you' she mumbled into my shoulder 'I missed you to' I replied. When she released me I walked over to my father and gave him a hug and he hugged me back, me and my father didn't have a very strong relationship he was sort of just there following my mother's orders, he was there when I needed him but my mum was more involved with me because of girl problems and all.

A few moments later Draco came downstairs, he mumbled 'good morning' in his sleepy voice and oh my he sounded so hot. He walked into his mother's arms and gave her a tight hug and then when she finally let go of him he nodded at his father.
He walked over to me and kissed me on the forehead, 'good morning'
'Morning,' I answered looking up at him then towards our parents both with a grin plastered on our faces.

'Oh my- are you two- oh my god I'm so happy for you guys,' Narcissa came over and scooped us both into a hug and quickly my mum caught on and joined in.

'I guess leaving you guys together was a good idea after all,' my mother laughed slightly.
Hell yeah it was I thought to myself, I giggled a little bit and then we let go of the hug.
'Congratulations, I knew you guys would get together I'm happy for you,' Lucius shook my hand and smiled.
My father came over and gave me another hug with a hug smile on his face, it was as if they had planned to get us together anyways without this even happening.

When he pulled away from the hug he turned to Draco switching to a serious face 'you break her heart and I'll kill you.'
Draco looked terrified and answered,' I promise i would never and I will take great care of her.' He stood there frozen waiting for my father to say something. My father erupted with laughter 'ohhh I'm joking come here son,' and gave him a hug, Draco was still so confused but was slightly laughing.

After breakfast we all hurried to get to kings cross station, it was packed as usual. Our parents waved us off as we passed through the wall together and then boarded the train and went to our usual seats and saw Pansy and Blaise were already sitting down on one side of the booth.

'Omg Matilda you look stunning!' Pansy exclaimed. I was a bit surprised she was being nice but I liked her like that, I always thought we would be quite good friends if we were more open with each other.

'Thank you Pansy, you look beautiful as well.' I answered while Draco and I sat opposite them, she smiled and nodded her head as a thank you.

'Blaise tells me you guys are together now,' she said, she looked quite unbothered which surprised me and I was also relieved by since I decided I wanted to make more friends and Pansy was a good start.
'Yes we are,' Draco smiled as he answered Pansy intertwining his fingers with mine.

'Awe you guys are so cute, I'm happy for you both,' she smiled.
'Thank you pansy.' I answered; Draco and Blaise had started their own conversation on the side and Pansy and I started talking and carried on a conversation, and soon without noticing we were at Hogwarts. As we stepped off of the train Pansy and I linked arms as we walked, this whole time we have known each other we didn't realise we had so much in common. We entered the castle and the four of us sat together at the Slytherin table as we watched the first years get sorted. There was loads more huddle puffs this year than usual. After dinner we headed to our rooms to unpack, Pansy and I went to our dorm and Draco and Blaise to theirs, Draco gave me a small peck before we went out separate ways.

I need you guys to let me know if you prefer the longer or shorter chapters so then I know where this story will go because I sort of just go with whatever I come up with on the spot. Also, I will be updating more often now as I have more free time. Feel free to give me any ideas or suggestions that you would like to happen e.g. for it to get spicier or more lovey, focus more on the friendship between you and Pansy or mixes of all.
