Chapter 19

I wrapped my arms around his neck and he placed his hands on my waist, he leaned in and kissed my lips slowly but passionately. I pulled away, 'Draco we're getting all wet,' I said, seeing his hair soaking wet and in his quidditch uniform, i didn't mind seeing but it was getting quite cold, I had a hoodie on but it was getting rather heavy because of how wet it was.
'I don't mind, as long as we're here together,' he answered softly, he stared into my eyes as I stared back into his. He pulled me closer till I was pressed up against him, i moved my arms down to wrap around his lower stomach and I laid my head against his chest. I could smell his strong after shave, that I absolutely loved, I could feel his muscles were still tensed up. I pulled my head away and looked up at him.
'Draco, I know there is something wrong, you know you can tell me.'
He looked away and took a deep breath, 'it's nothing.'
'Draco...'
'Not now, believe me it's nothing.' He said.
'Ok,' i took a deep breath before laying my head back on his chest.
I thought about how he was skipping some classes, I could see he was often stressed, he wasn't getting much sleep either I could see from the bags under his eyes. This was nothing like him, I was concerned for him, and he was keeping this all a secret from me and he even lied to me instead of telling me the truth. I hated seeing him like this and I couldn't even do anything about it because he didn't want me knowing.
I need to do something to get him to tell me or I have to ask someone that would know. I let the thoughts escape my mind for the time being.

We swayed slowly from one side to the other in sync with the music. His muscles slowly started to losen up, he was letting go of his thoughts, they must have been a lot because I hadn't realised how tensed he was, his veins were popping out more than usual but then when he relaxed, he slowly dropped everything and his grip on me loosened a lot.

We swayed in silence, neither of us saying a word, just listening to the music. It was a comfortable silence, we were spiritually speaking to each other without even knowing, it was calming. After another 20 minutes I slipped out of his arms and called, 'catch me if you can,' I laughed running away from him towards the yard.

A big smile grew on his face as he started to chase after me, I ran as fast as I could but he was faster, I turned around to see if he was far behind, but when I turned around he scooped me up from my thighs and threw me over his shoulder so I was dangling down his back.
I laughed hysterically, and then Draco started running towards the yard.
'Draco! Slow down we're going to fall! It's muddy!' I yelled laughing. I kicked my legs trying to get him to put me down.
'Keep kicking and I'll drop you straight into the mud,' he laughed
Then he ran faster but we managed to make it to the stone floor without slipping.

'You can put me down now,' I said, calming my laughter.
'Nope,' he laughed as he ran towards the door, he opened it slowly trying not to make any noise before carrying me down to the dungeon.
We got to the common room and Draco said the password before taking off his shoes and walking into the common room, he placed his shoes and my shoes down and did a quick spell to clean them from the mud. He picked them up, with me still thrown over his shoulder and walked to his dorm, Blaise wasn't in there so I guessed he was in my dorm with Pansy.

He threw me onto the bed and I scream whispered, 'Draco I'm all soaked the covers are going to be all wet now too!'
'It's fine I have a spell for that too,' he said while digging into his closet, pulling out a pair of grey jogging bottoms and a top.
He walked over to me and handed me the top, while he changed into the jogging bottoms without a top.

He laid down on bed and I laid next to him, placing my head on his chest. Both of us quickly fell asleep under the warm covers.
