~Aliyahs POV~

Loki and I have been friends for about 6 years now ever since he began helping out the avengers instead of tryna give them more trouble.

Today was the annual celebration of our long friendship and I had something very special planned with the help of the one and only Tony Stark of course. We planned to bring some aspects of Asgard here since Loki has been acting strange recently and I assumed it was a case of him missing his home as he hasn't been back since Frigga died.

Tony with my help turned the entire living room in avengers headquarters into an Asgardian palace. We had been working since about 7 pm and it's now 1 am, and the other avengers were in one of the other 500 rooms in this place keeping Loki company.

You decided to call it a night and went to go get set for bed.

~Loki POV~

The entire second half of the day Aliyah has been doing something with Stark and I felt jealous? ugh, feelings are so confusing. I cant see Aliyah as just a friend and I haven't been able to for a while. I'm sure she wouldn't want to be with me I'm a monster even tho I'm getting better I've done horrible things and it's clear she has Stark, I don't think I can hide my feelings so before I do something stupid I should probably break off this friendship. Climbing into bed I thought of possible excuses as to why I didn't want to be her friend.

NEXT MORNING (still lokis pov)

I've been up for 30 mins (teehee) thinking of how today could go, I knew at least one of us would walk out hurt but it was for the best. Climbing outta bed I went to my showers to get dressed. A while after while putting on my clothes I heard a soft yet noticeable knock on my door. I walked over while struggling to get this mortal shirt over my head why in Valhallas name was it so tight. Opening the door with my magic as my arms were being restrained in the air I saw her (your hair colour) showing up every now and then as I moved still tryna get out of or out on this garbage.

I heard her chuckle a bit before walking over to help me, grabbing the bottom and tugging it ever so slightly it made it over my head now serving its purpose to cover me.

Aliyah: hey Loki, I see you were a bit stuck there. letting out a small yet covered laugh trying to not show she was enjoying my misery.

I lightly smirked then remembered what I had to do the smirk I had even a second ago was gone and I stood there with a straight face.

Aliyah: anyways come on follow me I have something you'd love! she spoke with great enthusiasm present in her voice.

I sighed as she grabbed my wrist attempting to pull me to follow her.

"look Aliyah i-i have something to tell you"

She stopped dead in her tracks and turned to look at me, waiting for the rest of my words to come out.

"I only became friends with you as a dare from Thor, he said is should try to get-"
