Happy Valentine's Day - WandaVision

It may be early, but I'm already writing a Valentine's Day fic! This is an Avengers fic, with the ship Wanda Maximoff x Vision. I might write some more of these Valentines day fics before the day arrives. This fic is set in Westview. If you haven't seen WandaVision, don't read this because it won't make sense.

Wanda knew that the magic show had been a complete fail. The rest of Westview may have laughed, but it wasn't even that funny. Everyone would be whispering about them for the next few days. But she couldn't think about any of that, because tomorrow was Valentines day. Her and Vision's first Valentines day as a married couple. She knew that Vision wasn't very accustomed to some of Earth's holidays yet. He got spooked on Halloween because he thought the neighbours had actually turned into vampires. Maybe this would be her way of showing Vision more about Earth! She would take him out to dinner before going to her favourite spot in the town to watch the sunset with him.

Vision was worried about something. He had looked at the calendar in their house, and it said something about Valentines day. His systems had told him that it was some type of holiday, which scared him. What if people dressed up scarily like Halloween? He was only just getting used to having feelings, so all of the fear might just make him explode! He knew that Wanda hadn't mentioned anything about the holiday to him, so he figured that either Wanda was planning something for him, or she had completely forgotten about it. Maybe she just didn't celebrate it. 

Wanda noticed that Vision was acting strange. He was constantly standing near the calendar, looking at the square that said Valentines day. Maybe he actually knew what Valentines day was, and he was planning to do something for her. If she definitely knew that Vision was planning something, she would have cancelled all of her plans, but he might have just been casually looking at the calendar to see if he had any plans. She decided that she would still take him out to dinner, even if he already had something planned. He would just have to cancel his plans so that they could do her plans instead.

Vision went shopping that evening to get some groceries. He obviously couldn't eat any of the food himself, but he had to buy enough for two people so that it wouldn't look suspicious. People still looked at him funny since Wanda normally did all of the grocery shopping, and he had no idea what he was actually buying. Something to do with butter, and bacon and stuff. He just bought everything from the list that Wanda had made. He did notice one thing while he was shopping. There was a lot of chocolates in heart shaped boxes and teddy bears. As well as that, there was a sale on in the jewellery shop. Maybe a custom of this holiday was to wear lots of jewellery, eat lots of chocolates and buy lots of teddy bears. He thought that he should also partake in the Valentines festivities.

He filled up 4 bags with jewellery and bears and chocolates. He dragged the large bags all the way back to Wanda, who was sitting in the car, talking to Agnes.

"So, Wanda. What're you and Vision doing for Valentines day?"

"I haven't told Vis yet, but I'm taking him out to dinner. They don't exactly have Valentines where he comes from, so this is his first Valentines in the US. I wanna make it special."

"Hello, Wanda, dear. Hello Agnes."

"Oh, hello Vis! Have you gotten all of the groceries?"

"Yes. Everything is in these bags."

"Vision, I understand that this is your first Valentines in the US! It must be exciting, now that you can spend it with Wanda, right?"

"Yes, Agnes. I'm very excited to partake in the festivities!"

Agnes let out a little giggle, thinking that she knew what Vision meant, but he really didn't mean it that way. Agnes quickly stopped giggling when she saw Vision's serious face, and Wanda's spreading blush.

"You gonna see how far that blush spreads, huh, Vision?"

"I-I suppose."

"Ok, it was nice to see you Agnes! We have to go now. We have things to be doing at home."

"Have fun!"

Vision got into the car seat next to Wanda's, and was about to ask what Agnes meant by all of that, but he knew not to say anything from the look on Wanda's face. He drove them home, and they put the groceries away together, before cuddling on the couch and watching a programme on their new television. Before long, Wanda was dozing into sleep. Vision picked he up and placed her onto the bed, before getting his pyjamas on and climbing into the other side of the bed. He turned himself off, setting himself to turn back on in 8 hours, just before Wanda normally wakes up.

Strangely, when he turned back on, Wanda wasn't in bed. However, there was a note on her pillow, with the words Vision, my love on the front. He decided that he must open it, seeing as it had his name on it. Wanda had written him a letter.

Vision, my love.
Ever since we first met, I knew that you were my only love. I know you can't remember much about your past, but I can tell you one thing about it. You were a big fan of Valentines day. In the weeks leading up to it, you would always give me little gifts every few days. They were like a preview of what was to come. Our old friend Tony would always tease you that you spoilt me too much, but it didn't put you off always buying me more gifts. I don't really know how you always got the money for all of the gifts. I think that Tony was giving you it, like he was doing with our other friends Clint and Steve, but I never asked you. I know you can't remember doing all of these things, but I wanted to show you just how much I love you by repaying you for all of the times you showered me with gifts. Come to the lounge, and you will immediately understand what I mean.

Vision rushed into the lounge, excited to see what Wanda had in store for him. She had been waiting for Vision to come into the lounge for nearly an hour when he made his way into the room. She had gotten Vision a teddy bear holding a heart. She hadn't even noticed that the heart really was red. She was sure that the entire teddy was in black and white when she had picked it out in the shop. She was also sure that the trail of rose petals leading from the bedroom to the lounge had been black and white when she laid them on the floor. And when Vision came into the room, she was sure that he had been black and white when she had left the bedroom earlier. Now, Vision, the rose petals and the heart were all now in colour. Valentines day actually did bring something new and exciting into the WandaVision household. A new decade.

And two crazy 10 year olds, as the pair would later learn.

Thank you so much for reading this story. I haven't done much Marvel fiction yet, but I plan on doing more. They will most likely be just one shots for the moment, but I may start a multi-chapter book in the future, if you enjoyed this one shot. I'm thinking about writing a Falcon x Winter Soldier Valentines fic next. How would you guys feel about that ship? I don't actually ship it that much, but I haven't written anything to do with that ship before, and I would be happy to try it out. In the meanwhile, I'm going to write a quick Irondad and Spideyson Valentines fic. You'll have to read the next one shot to find out what happens in that one. PLEASE NOTE, IT WILL NOT BE STARKER.
