That's What Brothers Are For

Starfire visits the Manor!

"Grayson! I demand to know who this person is on our doorstep!" Damian had his arms crossed and was standing by the door, a young woman with orange skin, striking emerald eyes, and long wavy red hair stood beside him.

"Is Richard not home?" She asked.

"Kory?" Dick walked over upon hearing the commotion, and smiled when he saw his friend.

"Friend Richard!" Kory flew over to him, and the two heroes embraced.

"It's been too long Star! What brings you here?"

"Well, while I was visiting my home planet, cyborg contacted me and informed me about your leave. Why did you not stay with the Titans? Do you no longer see us as a worthy team?" Starfire looked devastated.

"No way! You guys are the best! I just uh... Had some personal matters to attend to..." Dick looked toward Damian, the smug child looked angry as usual, and he huffed and walked into the next room.

"Is that your child?"

"What?! No! Well, I'm his legal guardian. He's Bruce's son. Bruce passed away..."

"Was he killed?"

"...Yes." Dick ran his fingers through his dark hair and sighed.

"So now I have to run Wayne Enterprises and take care of his son, and take his mantle."

"You mean," Kory lowered her voice to a soft whisper and leaned towards him.
"You're the Batman now?"

"Yeah, and it stinks. It's super stressful and I don't really like being held responsible for Robins actions. Damian is the new Robin, but his temper and pride are atrocious."

Kory nodded her understanding and held his hand.

"Stay strong Richard. Remember, if you need anything I'm here for you." She gave him a reassuring smile. Dick cupped her chin in his hand and gave her a warm smile in return.

"Thanks Star. For everything."

"Don't mention it. I've really missed you... I-"

"Grayson! Pennyworth says it's time for dinner!" Damian shouted from the next room over."

Dick chuckled and took Kory's hand.
"Care to join us for dinner?"

"Yes, that would be most enjoyable."

AN: so yeah, I'm not much of a Dick/Kory fan. My OTP is Dick/Babs. But I do like starfire, and I hope this is cute. Also, I don't know much about Starfire, so if I got anything wrong I apologize in advance. :) have a goodnight everyone!
