Snow began to fall and didn't stop. Fewer and fewer wolves were seen until the snow was too deep for them. We were all buttoned up and snug in our cabin, happily, for the first month or so then boredom hit.

"OMG!!! If I see one more white flake." Nell had never been a winter person but a straight week of snow had pushed her over the edge.

"Finish your tea, the snow has stopped so we're going to find that warm spring. We're getting ripe in here." Nan, Craig, and D tried to covertly smell themselves. Even Monica snickered at the sight. Mark and Nick just grinned. "Anyone else wanna come", I asked as I placed my newly cleaned plate in the rack to dry.

"I would love to come play in that cold, frozen, precipitation but alas, I have to listen for the outside world." D hated to be cold but to be wet and cold, that was an absolute no go. He and Nick rushed to the dongeun, slamming the door shut. I was surprised not to hear the click of the lock.

Craig was the only other soul so bored or crazy that it wanted to venture out. We stood behind the workshop staring at the ground. "OK Sherlock, what are your spidey senses telling you."

"WOW Nell, two entertainment references in one sentence. Don't hurt yourself." The entertainment available was incredibly limited. And Nell had never been a real hard core movie or book person. Six books- two Sherlock Holmes, one adult read, a cookbook, and two manuals. Along with 12 DVD's of various movies, chosen by adult men. This did not make a great entertainment system for our mainly female crew. There were a couple of board games like Monopoly and Sorry but they were only fun for a short while. When Craig had found a pack of cards. You'd have thought he'd found the way to reverse time.

"Any idea what we're looking for? I haven't been back here a lot so I can't tell you I know where an opening is." Craig was staring at the stuff piled up around the area.

"Craig you know this stuff, is there anything that looks out of place? Like it may be hiding something?" I was already cold and ready to go in, this was his area. I'm not gonna lie. I was really hoping he had an idea where a door might be, when he volunteered to come out with us.

With a huff he headed off to his left, we followed like lost puppies. Nell murmuring under her breath about us being crazy and how she was not coming out until the temperature was in the 80's. It seemed like hours as we moved things around and dug things out. Then it happened, "Craig this wouldn't budge."

"Rommie are you finally getting tired? Thank fish! I'm ready to go in, I lost feeling in my toes hours ago."

"Nell we haven't been out here that long?" Craig was looking at Nell as if she was crazy.

"Really? I'd have put my hand on a bible and sworn we were here for at least 3 hours. Huh, can we go in now?"

"If you want to, go. You're not doing anything anyway. Shoo. Craig can you please help me move this."

"Yeah, it can't be over here. Nothing big enough to cover a doorway. What are you trying to move?" Craig was weaving his way back from the far side of the workshop.

"Looks like a sub hatch or something. Those guys collected everything. Don't get me wrong I appreciate it, but moving it in the snow is no fun." Nell huffed out a laugh at my comment. "If you're so cold, do jumping jacks you'd warm up."

As she began I had to turn around or die of laughter. "Stop just stop." Craig begged as he saw what she was doing.

"Rom said it would warm me up." Nell went back to slapping herself on the arms and rubbing her hand together.
