Part 7 || friends?

Taehyung's POV

I walked into the kitchen to hide my embarrassment, gosh that just slipped out of my mouth but I didn't want to get all quirky so I tried my best to seem confident. I have no idea if it worked or not but I just prayed that it did.

Taehyung: "so my mom made snacks so just go ahead and eat" she smiled happily and started munching on the food my mom made

Taehyung: "yah! Jennie! Come down you can meet her"

Jennie: "ugh I was literally about to shower but ok"

Jennie's POV

I went down and I saw Taehyung staring at the girl who's hair was blocking my view of her face.

Jennie: "hey oppa" after I said that y/n turned to look at me and my eyes widened, she was so pretty.

Taehyung: "hey Jennie meet y/n, y/n meet Jennie my younger sister" I reached out my hand to shake hers

Y/N: "it's nice to meet you you're super pretty by the way"

Jennie: "me? I'm not, you're really pretty" she blushed after I said that, probably because she got conscious

Jennie: "I see why you like her" I smirked at him

Taehyung: "I do not li-"

Jennie: "oh shut it I saw you admiring her when I went down"

I closed my mind reading and he glared at me

Jennie: "anyway, how about we get to know each other? Wanna stay for dinner?"

Y/N: "oh yeah sure if you guys don't mind"

Taehyung: "not at all stay as long as you want"

Jennie: "bitch you sound desperate"

He glared at me and I focused my attention to y/n

Y/N: "sure ok then"

<time skip>

We were eating dinner and I decided to start the convo

Jennie: "so y/n tell us about yourself" she swallowed her food and put down her utensils

Y/N: "well first off I'm a white, I love strawberries, I also love music, I sing, dance and sometimes play sports" she likes the same thing my brother does

Taehyung: "wow we actually have a lot in com-" he was cut off by her phone ringing

Y/N: "sorry I'll answer this quickly"

*on the phone*
Y/N: "hey bud what's up" "what are you doing there?!" "aishhh ok ok I'll be home later" "don't touch my stuff!" "yeah yeah love you too"

Jennie: "boyfriend?" She looked up at me and laughed  

Y/N: "no no just a friend" she laughed and placed her phone down

Jennie: "so y/n do you have a crush?" I smirked teasingly

Y/N: "I uhh I guess not?" It sounded more like a question

Jennie: "you're not sure?"

Y/N: "there is this one boy though, I'm oddly comfortable with him which I'm normally not. I'm gonna see first if I do like him or not" she smiled and took a bite of her barbecue. I looked over at Taehyung and he slumped down

Taehyung: "well don't worry someone as beautiful as you will for sure get him" he made the fighting gesture but I could see through his sad smile

*sigh*
