Part 2 || childhood best friend

Y/N's POV

I entered the school and I immediately felt a lot of eyes on me. I became insecure right away so I just walked straight to my locker. I felt a pair of eyes on me so I turned around and saw a cute but handsome boy staring at me. I wanted to seem confident so instead of looking away I smiled at him and continued my way like it was normal.

<classroom>

Teacher: "ok students settle down we have a new student for you today" from outside the classroom I could see everyone's attention shift to the teacher. She gestured me to come in and I took a deep breath

Y/N: "ok y/n you got this just don't show your color and be a normal student" I mumbled to myself before entering the classroom with a smile on my face. Everyone was staring at me as I walked in front and I scanned my eyes through everyone, I see 7 fine boys in 1 corner of the classroom and let me just say daaaamn. Once I got in front I could hear everyone whispering

Boy: damn she's fine

Boy2: I wonder if she's single

Girl: she's probably a bitch

Boy3: I wanna be so friends with her

I got annoyed with the girls comment so I might've tipped over her open jug onto her clothes with my mind. (Remember that reds have a short temper so that's why she tends to be mean-a/n)

Teacher: "oh great this is why I tell you to keep your jugs in your back packs *sigh* just go and clean yourself up" she was so embarrassed she ran out of the classroom really fast. The class started laughing and whispering about her and I giggled to myself thinking how this is gonna be fun. "Ok class settle down please introduce yourself and tell us your color" while she told me that I looked around the classroom and one of the boys looked familiar to me.

Y/N: "hi my name is Lee Y/n and I'm a white"

Boy: "white? She looks like she would be a yellow"

Boy2: "imagine if she was a red" his group chuckled to themselves but they didn't even know they were right

Teacher: "ok thank you y/n please sit down on the empty seat beside Beomgyu he is also a white" I know that name hold on... He seemed to know me to but we couldn't pin it out. I got closer and closer to him and when both of us saw the necklace we were both wearing we jumped up happily and hugged each other tight

Beomgyu: "OH MY GOSH Y/N I'M SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!"

Y/N: "I MISS YOU SO MUCH MY BAMGYU!" 

Beomgyu: "I MISS YOU TOO BUD" we did our handshake and laughed at ourselves

Teacher: "uhm excuse me?" We turned back to the teacher and saw all our classmates staring at us, some girls looked annoyed and some boys looked jealous but everyone was confused

Beomgyu: "oh ms, this is y/n she's my childhood bestfriend our parents are best friends as well so we've know each other since diapers"

Y/N: "yes but we had to separate ways at one point and since we were kids back then we didn't have a phone and lost contact of each other"

Taehyung's POV

After they hugged and did their little annoying handshake they said they were childhood best friends.

Teacher: "oh how perfect please be a dear and show y/n around school?" Beomgyu nodded and both of them high fived and sat beside each other happily

Jimin: "hyung why is your face like that?" I looked at him 2 tables apart from me

Taehyung: "what face?"

Jungkook: "that scrunched up face of yours"

Jimin: "you're so weird dude"

I'm the closest to Jimin and Jungkook probably because they're my age but I'm still close with the others of course. I eventually realized my face was scrunched up and shook my head out of my thoughts. I kept glancing over at y/n the whole time and she looked like she was having fun with Beomgyu.

Y/N's POV

Class finally ended thank the Lord

Beomgyu: "hey y/n let's go?" I nodded and we walked side by side out of class but I could feel a pair of eyes follow me but I just shrugged it away, probably my imagination

<time skip>

Beomgyu: "so that's the whole school"

Y/N: "thanks for showing me around bud" I gave him a hug and he returned it of course

Beomgyu: "so y/n I gotta ask, who else knows your a red?" I quickly put my hand over his mouth and dragged him into an empty classroom

Taehyung's POV

I saw them in the hallway talking and all of a sudden y/n put her hand over his mouth and dragged him into an empty classroom. What are they doing in there? I was going to follow them when I was stopped

Joy: "hey baby let's go to the cafe?" I rolled my eyes but followed her anyway.

You're probably wondering why I'm still with her even if I'm annoyed... well it's because if I break up with her she'll make life hell for everyone in school. She'll start bullying them for no actual reason.

I walked into the cafe and sat down with my friends together with Joy

Namjoon: "what are you doing here?"

Suga: "sluts aren't allowed to sit here so please get out"

Joy: "babe do something they're hurting my feelings" she pouted at me while telling me that through our mind

*sigh*

Taehyung: "let her stay" I said not even looking at them she seemed surprised that that's all I said, I guess she was expecting me to fight for her more but idgaf. I heard her give a "hmph" but I couldn't care less

Y/N's POV

I dragged him into an empty classroom and closed the door.

Beomgyu: "what are you doing?"

Y/N: "careful what you say no one knows except you that I'm a red" He seemed confused but he seemed to get it anyway

Beomgyu: "oh really? Interesting, because I'm a red too" I looked at him surprised

Y/N: "really! No way how? Aren't your parents a white and a yellow?"

Beomgyu: "yeah but apparently my grandma was a red and that got passed down to me"

Y/N: "that's so cool! But how come I never knew?" I placed my hand over my hurt dramatically saying I was hurt he didn't tell me

Beomgyu: "ok don't get all dramatic I'm a late bloomer so instead of getting my color by 10 years old I got it when I was 12 and we already separated ways by then" Oh yeah now I remember, Beomgyu was always a late bloomer

Y/N: "ohhh makes sense anyway let's go?"

Beomgyu: "sure noona" he said hitting my arm with his elbow playfully

Y/N: "ew don't call me that you know I'm only 6 months older than you right?" I chuckled and messed his hair up

Beomgyu: "yah! Don't do that and ok I won't call you noona" we both laughed and walked to the cafe
