Bulbul Goenka : A fashion designer by profession. She's a widow and a single mother, to a four year old daughter, Anamika Goenka. She runs a fashion boutique, and is a known name in the fashion industry. After her husband's death, she lives with her sister, Ruhana and, brother in law, Vineet, who takes her as his own sister. They want her to remarry, but she doesn't agree.

Anamika Goenka : Bulbul's daughter. She's a bundle of joy to not only her own mother, but to her mother's sister as well. She gets along well with her elder brother, Ritik, and together they pull tantrums, at which their moms get angry, but Vineet is always there to save to little kids.

Viren Singhaniya :A Businessman. He's arrogant, rude, adamant and fierce to the outer world. But his life resides in his daughter, Raina. Though, she's a part of his past, yet she's not at fault. The little girl is the only reason that he laughs and smiles. He has no place for love in his life, Love is only for his daughter and parents.

Raina Singhaniya : A little bundle of joy for her father. She always knows how to cheer up her father. She's mostly under the care of her grandma, and is one responsible girl.

Vineet - Ruhana Mehrotra : Bulbul's sister and Brother in law. They are more like her guardians, as the sisters lost their parents in a young age. They are parents to an 8 year old boy, Ritik. They want Bulbul to remarry, but she always denies.

Ritik Mehrotra : Apple of his parents' eyes and also of his mother's sister, Bulbul. She is possessive and protective of  his little sister, Anamika. He is the light to his parents.

Shrikant- Madhu Singhaniya : Viren's parents. They love him and want him to come out of his cage and live his life freely, atleast for his daughter.

What will happen when these two families meet!??
