You were waiting for your brother to pick you up. Tears kept falling down your face like a waterfall. To come to school to witness your now ex-boyfriend cheating on you, it really hurt your feelings.
You saw your brother's car pull up next to you, so you wipe your tears and get in the passengers seat. "Hey, you alright? Why'd you want to ditch school?" Jungwoo asks you. You try to avoid eye contact and look out the window while silently crying. "Something happened." you replied.
"Y/n, look at me. I can't tell if you're okay if you don't look at me." he sighs. You face him and he sees tears streaming down your face. "What happened? Who made you cry?" he questions. You cover your face with your hands and start to cry hard. "Hey hey, it's okay. we can talk about it when we get home, okay?" Jungwoo says as he rubs your back.
*Time Skip*
You were in your room, crying and looking back at your relationship with Jungkook. You were staring at the Polaroid pictures you took with him and your couple pictures on your Instagram. You kept thinking about why would Jungkook do this to you, besides because of Lisa? Did he fall out of love? Did Lisa manipulate him into thinking you did something that didn't even happen? Your mind was swirling with a lot of questions regarding the break up.
You hear a knock on your door and you open to see Mark. "What was he doing here, school doesn't end till another hour?"you thought.
"Hey, can we talk about...earlier? Also how come you left early?" He asks. You let him in and you both take a seat on your bed. "So..care to explain?" he starts off. You took a deep breath and try your best not to cry as you about to explain what happened with you and Jungkook earlier.
"After I asked Jaehyun where Jungkook was, I went to find Jungkook and I catch him cheating on me with Lisa. He sees me and casually tells me that we're breaking u-up," Your voice starts to crack as tears are flowing. "he said that Lisa is better than me b-based on looks and he c-called me ugly. I just didn't w-want to be there or face him, so I decided to leave. Then the fact that she w-was my friend just- then he became distant and-" You broke down sobbing. Mark embraces you and you cry into his chest. He caresses your head to calm you down.
"It's okay, let it out." he whispers.
"He just ch-cheats and leaves me just like t-that, I still l-love h-him." You cry more.
"He doesn't deserve your love, y/n. He's a jerk for doing that to you." Mark says.
"Mark," Y/n looks up to him. "Yes, y/n?" he looks down at you. "Thank you for being there for me all the time, you must be tired with dealing with me and my problems-"
"No, it's not tiring, my best friend needs someone to talk to and I'm that person." he interrupts.
"I think, I need to stay by myself for a bit." You say. "Y/n, you don't have to shut yourself out from everyone. Me, Johnny, Jaehyun, Haechan and Jisung will miss you a lot. Please don't." Mark pleads. "I'll still go to school, it's just that....maybe I'll do online courses or just try to avoid..him and Lisa." you said.
"I'll help you avoid Jungkook and Lisa, I'll even ask the others to help, I promise." Mark offers his pinkie to you and you wrap your pinkie with his. "Promise." you gave a weak smile at him.
*Time Skip* (again lol)
Y/n POV
Mark went home and I was in my room studying and finishing my homework assignments to keep my mind off Jungkook.
Suddenly, I got a notification from my phone.
It was from Lisa....great, what does she want from me now?

I leave Lisa on read and decide to stop studying to go hop in the shower and freshen up. After my shower, I put my PJs on and go downstairs to watch a kdrama.
"Y/n, you wanna order some pizzas?"my brother comes and sit's next to me on the couch.
I nod my head and continue to watch the drama.
As I was watching the drama, I was thinking about what could Lisa possibly do tomorrow? She can't do anything that bad, right?
