Author POV:
Yangyang transferred to your school and Yuta finally got over his crush on you. You introduced him to Taeyong's sister, and they've started to talk since then. It's been a couple weeks and Mark has been taking you out everyday after school.
It's Friday and you were walking towards the gate, meeting up with Mark as the two of you walk home together.
"So, any plans today?Are we going anywhere?" you asked.
"Hmm....Nah, I was thinking movie date- well not a date but if you know what I mean.." he nervously laughs and rubs the back of his neck.
"Yeah, don't worry. My place or your place?"
"My place, 6pm. 7pm the latest, since I'll be coming back from Haechan's. Him and Jisung needed help with Biology homework. So..see ya then?" he ruffled your hair.
"Yeah, see you then, Markus~" you smiled back and walked towards your porch.
"Bye, my angel~" he shouted and you turned around and see him running away.
Your heart fluttered a lil fast when he called you his 'angel'.
"That was cute- Ahh, what are you doing to my heart, Mark :((" you thought in your head.
*Time Skip*
It was 5:45pm and you decide to text Mark to check up on him.
Markus~💚
Hey, how's it going with my little bbys 👀
They're doing fine
Haechan's actually paying attention for once 🙄
We're almost done, come by my house around 6:30
I should have everything set by then

Y/n POV:
I doodle in my sketchbook to pass time. I was in the living room and Snoopy walked in from the front door. He came back from work.
"Hey, how did work go today?" I asked.
"It went good, as usual..Oh, I got a raise today." he smiled.
"That's great news omg! We should celebrate!"
"Wanna go somewhere today or..are you busy?" Jungwoo asks.
"Mark and me are having movie night at his house. We should go tomorrow."
"Ooo, Mark and y/n sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S--"
"Stop, it's not like that.." I whine and pout.
"You know you like him, c'mon~" Jungwoo teases.
"I dunno if I even like him, so shut up." I continue to doodle.
"I think you two would be a great couple~" Jungwoo cooed. I roll my eyes.
*Time Skip*
I walk to Mark's house and knock on his door.
He opens it and immediately smiled.
"Hey, you made it." he said and let you inside his house.
"Yeah, you're my best friend, how could I ever cancel on you?" I smiled.
"Beside those times you went to hang out with-"
"Let's not talk about him, I want to forget him and the fact that we dated." I interrupt Mark and he nods his head.
Mark put a movie inside the Blu-ray player and led me to the kitchen.
While the previews were playing, we were making popcorn and cookies. After I finish putting the cookies in the oven, I go set some snacks on the coffee table. Mark comes back with the popcorn and sits down with me on the couch.
"What movie are we watching?" I asked.
"Zootopia, one of your favorites." he grabs the bowl of popcorn.
"You know me so well." I smile and hug him. He returns the hug.
Not gonna lie, I felt safe in his arms every time I hug him..
The smell of his cologne on his sweater-
Jesus y/n, stop thinking about Mark!!
We break the hug and I grab a store-bought brownie to munch on.
"You know what we're missing?" I asked Mark.
"What are we missing?" He asks and tilts his head.
"Ice cream, we're missing ice cream." I said and his mouth made an 'o' shape.
"I have some in my back fridge, I can go get it." he says and walks away.
I watch the preview trailers and ate some popcorn as I waited for him to come back with ice cream.
"Okay, I got ice cream sandwiches~" he said and handed me one.
"Thank you." I say and watch the screen.
Once we played the movie, we were so into it. Until, I smelled something burning.
"Hey, you smell that?" I asked Mark. He immediately turns to me.
"THE COOKIES!" we said at the same time with wide eyes.
The smoke detector was going off and we were panicking due to the alarm.
I grab the oven mittens and I took the cookies out and threw them in the trash.
"Girl, why'd you throw the whole tray in there? IT'S BURNING HOT! The trash bag might melt." Mark said and I mentally face palm myself.
I take the tray out and put it inside the sink, while Mark was waving a towel at the smoke detector so it would stop beeping. After rinsing the tray, I open the back door to let the smoke out.
Once the smoke detector stopped beeping, we we're both relieved.
"Every time I come over and make something at your house, it always gets burnt." we both laughed.
"Let's buy cookies from the store next time, or I could make cookies at my house and bring them here." I said and he nods. "It prevents the chaos from happening." he chuckles.
We go back to sit on the couch, only to find the movie already at the part where Judy runs into Nick. That's how long it took for us to make the smoke detector stop beeping.
What an evening we're having..
*Time Skip*
After we watched Zootopia, we decided to watch Toy Story. While watching the movie, the power went out.
"Ahh, I'm scared.." I say sarcastically. I'm not like those girls at school that scream when the teacher turns the light off in the classroom. Mark knows that, especially.
Mark turns on his phone flashlight.
"So, what should we do now?" I asked him.
