Mark has been y/n's best friend since 3rd grade and he's developed feelings for her. He hopes that helping her through a break up will make her notice how he feels towards her.
Mark and y/n have been together for a couple weeks and today, Mark is out, finding couple jewelry for him and y/n.
He went to the mall with Jungwoo for help. They enter the jewelry store together.
"So, does y/n like heart designs?" Mark asks Jungwoo. Jungwoo looks at Mark with a 'what did you just say?' expression.
"No, hearts are too basic for y/n, she thinks heart jewelry with simple designs are kind of overrated. However, she does like...WAIT THIS ONE IS PERFECT FOR THE TWO OF YOU!" Jungwoo shows Mark necklaces:

"I-Hyung it says I'm her we-"
"She loves that about you, and you are pretty weird sometimes.." Jungwoo chuckles.
"But she's not crazy....or what do you think?" Mark asks.
"She is crazy when it comes to trying new things or when someone gets on her nerves in school. She'll go off on them and won't be afraid to fight them..well, outside of school that is, she don't like fighting in school. This was when y'all were in middle school." Jungwoo rambled about his sister.
"How come I never knew about that?" Mark pouts. "I didn't know y/n is a bad ass."
"She didn't want you to get involved at the time. She doesn't fight anymore, so that's good." Jungwoo smiles.
"So, should we get this? Or should we keep looking?" Mark asks.
"You're the one who brought me here, why are you asking me?" Jungwoo furrows his eyebrows at Mark.
"Sorry, I just want your opinion..I mean, I think it's perfect for the both of us." Mark rubs the back of his neck.
"Well, if you want it, then get it. I'll be waiting out there for you so we can go to the food court." Jungwoo pats his back and leaves the store.
Mark purchases the couple necklaces, hoping y/n will love the gift.
Y/N POV:
I'm at Jisung's and we're currently playing Monopoly with his friend, Chenle.
"..Six, seven, eight." Jisung moves his character on the board.
"You landed on my property, pay me." Chenle looks at Jisung.
"..I don't remember you buying this street-"
Chenle buys the property and grabs the card. "I have it now."
"At this point, we're going by our own rules." we all laughed.
I get a text from Mark.

Hey, can you come over, I have something for you~
Sure, I'll be on my way
love you ;))
I love you too bby

I get up and grab my bag.
"Noona, where are you going? Did Mark text you?" Chenle asks. I nodded my head.
"We'll play another time, don't worry you two. Bye guys!" I bid goodbye and they wave back at me.
I make my way to Mark's house and as I'm walking, my brother comes up to me.
"Hey Snoopy, what's up-" he drags my hand to Mark's porch.
We both ring the doorbell and a few seconds later, Mark opened the door and smiled at us.
We both enter the house, me being curious about what Mark has for me.
"Alright, close your eyes baby." Mark instructs and I close my eyes shut.
I felt something cold on my neck, almost like a necklace.
"Okay, open your eyes now." he says and I look to see a puzzle piece necklace that says 'His Crazy'.
"Mark, this necklace is so pretty. Waa, your necklace connects with mine! Aww Mark, you shouldn't have." I hugged him and he kissed my forehead.
"I wanted to buy it, because I love you. You're my missing puzzle piece...oi that sounded cheesy, sorry." Mark cringes a bit. I giggled at his words.
"Nah, it's okay to be cheesy. Thank you so much, I love you." I peck his lips. "I love you too, baby." he kisses back.
"Aww, just get married already, you two. Y'all are so cute." Jungwoo shouts. Me and Mark become flustered by the comment.
