Today is Y/N's sixteenth birthday, For her it's just a normal day since her father didn't really cared about her birthday. And her Mom and Step Dad are away on a business trip. She's now on her way home from school, while carrying her exam paper, which only has 2 mistakes on it, and this is her first time getting a high score, so she figured that her father is gonna be proud of her.
A few minutes had passed and she arrived at her father's house. When she got there she saw her father drinking with her step mom. She approached her dad and showed him the paper. She thought he'll be happy, But she was wrong, Instead her father grabbed her by the hair and threw her into the ground. "What's this?!!". Her father asked. "I-it's my exam paper". Y/N replied to him while sobbing, While her step mom is just watching them while smirking. "How stupid are you?!! You can't even get a perfect score!!". Her father shouted at her. "Go to your room, You're grounded!!!". He added. Y/N got up and went to her room while crying, Once she got there, she locked the door and cried even more. A few minutes later she eventually fell asleep.
Y/N woked up feeling a bit dizzy. She got her phone and checked the time, It's already 10:00pm. She's getting tired of how her father was treating her, So she decided to pack her things and ran away. She got her bag and shoved some of her clothes inside. She also brought her phone and some of her savings. Once everything is settled, She opened her window and jumped outside. She looked to her father's window and the lights are off. 'they should be asleep'. She thought to herself. And started running away from her father's house.
While she's walking to the city, she suddenly felt hungry since she haven't ate yet. she saw a fast food place nearby and decided to eat there. Once she finished eating, she got out of the restaurant and checked the time, It was 12:00am, She felt pretty tired, but she haven't had any place to stay. A few moments later while she's thinking of a solution to her problem, She suddenly saw a tiny kitten being chased by a dog. She decided to chase after them to save the kitten. While she's running after them, she turned into a dark alley, she was about to grab the kitten, but she suddenly tripped over a rock, causing her to fall and hit her head, the last thing she saw was the kitten getting inside a building, then she suddenly passed out.
Next things she knew, She was lying on a bed that wasn't hers, And she got woke up by the sound of an alarm clock. She got up and studied the entire room, the end of the room was all glass and there was a curtain covering it, she also saw a door which leads to the bathroom, a huge mirror, a dresser and a desk beside it, and the bed. She kept looking around the room and noticed something was glowing on the desk, She got to the desk and saw a paper in there that has a school and her details written in it.....

She was reading the paper, when she suddenly heard someone knocking at the door. She got to the door and opened it, Then she saw a girl with a purple hair around her age. "Hey, It's already 7:00am, You should get ready, You know today's the first day of school". The girl said. "Who are you? Where am I?". Y/N suddenly asked. "Are you serious??! It's me Janine, your bestfriend, and we're at our house, now get ready, here's your uniform". Janine said while handing her the uniform to the school she's gonna attend to, After giving her the uniform, Janine went back downstairs and also got ready. Y/N was still shocked, But she just shrugged it off and got ready. Once she was ready and dressed at her uniform, She went downstairs and saw Janine preparing their breakfast. "Oh hey, I just finished making our breakfast, Let's eat?". Janine said while sitting down, Y/N sat at the chair across Janine and they started eating. "How long do we know each other?". Y/N asked Janine while they're eating. "Umm, since we were born, cause our mothers are childhood friends". Janine replied to her. "What's my mother's name and where do we live?". Y/N asked again. "Are you serious? Your mother's name is Ichika L/N, and my mother's name is Yui Kunimi, They died when we were 13 years old, due to a plane crash, And we lived here in Miyagi since last year, This is actually our mom's old house, and they decided to give it to us". Janine replied. Y/N was confused since her mother's name is not Ichika, And they don't live somewhere in Miyagi. "Do we have any family members?". Y/N asked. "Well you don't have any, since your mother and father got divorced when you were 5, and you're the only child, My aunt and cousins also lives here in Miyagi, but I haven't really seen them since my mother's death". Janine replied to her, and Y/N just nodded.
A few minutes later they finished eating and it was already 7:30am, and school starts at 8:45am. They got their bags and got out of the house, And they started walking to the train station... Once they arrived at the train station, they took the train to school. A few minutes had passed and they've already arrived at Aoba Johsai High.....
