The team is busy practicing, for the tournament this weekend. When the gym doors suddenly swung open, grabbing everyone's attention from the court.

They all stopped practicing, and some of them got infront of the door.

"Oi, Don't just show up out of nowhere, after skipping months of practice, and act like nothing happened, You should at least introduce yourself". Yahaba yelled at the new guy.

"Now, now, Calm down Yahaba... It's been a while, Welcome Back Mad Dog". Oikawa said, as he approached the two.

"Mad Dog? Is he a part of the team?". Y/N asked.

"Kyotani Kentaro, A Second Year... Oikawa~San just decided to call him Mad Dog". Yahaba replied.

"He was also pretty famous in Junior High". He added.

"Oh yeah, I remember, his batch from Minamisan was the strongest that time". Kindaichi said.

"He's never a team player, But his abilities were amazing for our grade". Yahaba stated.

"Not long after joining the club, He had a chance to play in a practice match. But he suddenly had a fight with a senior... What he said might be correct, But his tone..."

"His attitude towards the senior still hasn't changed... And after that, He just stopped coming to practice".

"He looks scary". Y/N whispered.

Eventually they all went back to practicing, Once Oikawa was done introducing 'the new guy'.

timeskipped--(Saturday)

Aoba Johsai had arrived at the Sendai City Gymnasium for the second day of the Miyagi Prefecture Spring Interhigh Tournament.

They went inside and got ready for their first match against Dateko...

Y/N was filling up the water bottles, When she felt a tap on her shoulder. She looked behind her, and there she saw Janine and Suzuki.

"What're you guys doing here?". Y/N asked.

"We came to watch, since we don't have any other plans for today". Janine replied.

"Yeah, we just arrived a minute ago, and we're about to go inside". Suzuki added.

"But before we go to our seats, we just wanted to give you this". Janine says, as she grabbed the lucky charm from her pocket. Y/N accepted it with a smile.

"Well that's all, tell the team good luck". Suzuki said, as the two of them waved her goodbye and went inside.

Y/N stood up and got inside as well.

When she got there the match was about to start, She quickly puts the water bottles aside, and sat besides the coaches at the bench, While the team starts lining up.

A few minutes later, The referee blew the whistle and they started playing.

(I'm not gonna write every detail that had happened at the match, since I was born lazy, But I'll write some parts)

Halfway through the first set, Kunimi got switched out by Mad Dog, apparently Oikawa told the team that he also have some impressive skills... And this is also a advantage for them, since Karasuno haven't seen him in action yet.

At first it was going fine, Oikawa was right, he does have some skills and his spikes are amazing... Not until he stole the ball that Kindaichi was about to spike, causing them to loose a point, and Kindaichi to fall down, But he said he was fine.

Iwaizumi immediately scolded Kyotani for what he did, as they took a quick break.

The rest of the game went fine, they eventually found a way on how to deal with Kyotani.

They lost the first set, But they took the second set...

They're now starting the third and final set, everyone is fired up and determined to win.

The team gave everything they can, They played at their best, But unfortunately Karasuno took the victory this time, by winning the final set.

After a few minutes, They all lined up again and took their final bow.

Before leaving, Y/N went to Karasuno to congratulate Kiyoko and the team. Once she was done, she went outside the court and started packing up, whilst the team was changing.

Once she was done with everything, She walked towards the other court, Where Shiratorizawa was playing. She took a peek and saw that Shiratorizawa had already won.

"So, Shiratorizawa won huh? Goodluck to Karasuno". Kunimi said, startling Y/N, when he suddenly appeared beside her.

"Who do you think will win?". Y/N asked.

"I don't really care who wins, as long as they represent Miyagi well at the nationals". Kunimi replied.

"Are you okay?". Y/N asked, when she saw a bit of sadness in his face.

"No".

A few seconds later, They heard the rest of the team calling them, since they're leaving.

Y/N patted Kunimi's back as they started walking to their team.

(Y/N and Janine's House | 6:30pm)

Y/N, Janine and Suzuki are currently in Y/N's room talking about the match earlier.

"I felt really bad for the team, mostly the third years... They've been training so hard for the past couple of months, but still they ended up losing". Y/N stated, as she laid down on her bed, Janine patting her head.

"Well, I guess the lucky charm didn't work". Suzuki sighed.

"So how's the team doing... They're not depressed or anything right?". Janine chuckled a bit at the last part.

"The first and second years went home, and the third years decided to stay at the gym for a couple of hours". Y/N replied.

"Huh, what're they doing there?". Suzuki asked.

"Oikawa~San said they're having a friendly game, Since they're graduating in a few months, and it'll probably be their last game with each other, before they split up".

"Hmm, I might know a way on how to cheer up the team". Janine said, Y/N and Suzuki looks at her, as they raised their brows.

"There's a carnival near school, that had just opened the other day, maybe you could take them there tomorrow". Janine suggested.

"Sure, That's great... If they're up for it". Y/N said, as she got up.

"I'll go ask them".

"Can I come too?!". Suzuki excitedly asks.

"Sure". Y/N said, giving her a warm smile.

"Janine~Chan! You're coming too right??". Suzuki asked Janine.

"Oh sorry, But I won't make it, me and my teammates have plans for tomorrow". Janine replied, Suzuki pouted a bit.

"It's okay, You two can go without me". Janine smiled.

"And it's settled! Three of them already agreed to go". Y/N exclaimed, as she showed the texts from her teammates...

It's currently 7am, It's raining and here am i on our sofa at the living room, snuggled up in my blanket, enjoying my coffee while listening to 'Probably' by YOASOBI through my earphones, as i write this chapter...
