"Congrats po, Miss," Kuya Elvis said naman. "Sana mas tumagal pa po kayo," he said with a smile.

I nodded naman. "Thank you, Kuya," I said naman. I told Kuya Elvis kasi na today is Trevor and I's first anniversary of being together. I just feel more comfortable of sharing stuffs with Kuya Elvis kasi he always listens to me 'e.

"'Wag ho kayong mag-alala, ipagpapanalangin ko po na sana ay mas tumagal pa kayo ni Sir Trevor at sana rin na kayo na talaga ang magkatuluyan hanggang huli," he said and handed me my milk. I can't stop myself from smiling naman because of what he said.

"Sa nakikita ko po kasi Miss, mahal na mahal ka po ni Sir Trevor. Palagay ko po hindi ka niya kayang saktan at lagi ka niyang poprotektahan," he said pa and smiled.

"I know, Kuya," I said naman and nodded. "I'm really happy of having him din naman. We've been together for a year pa lang but it felt so long na. Feeling ko I knew him from the beginning," I said pa and pour the milk on my cereal.

I started eating na while Kuya Elvis is cutting some veggies for our lunch later. He and Trevor kept on kept on feeding me veggies because I need to be healthy daw. Kuya is now cooking a dish called kutapto. While I was watching him, I noticed his cute bracelet.

"Your bracelet is cute, Kuya," I said naman while smiling. It's a silver bracelet that has word written E.S.F.

"Ah," he exclaimed naman and looked at his bracelet. "Ginawa ko ho ito, Miss," he said naman and smiled.

"Wow, that's so nice," sabi ko naman at nag-eat uli.

"Ibibigay ko ho sana doon sa babaeng gusto ko," he said and forced a smile. He continued chopping those veggies na. I was waiting for him to continue his story but he didn't.

"What happened po, Kuya?" I asked out of curiosity naman.

He shook his head. "Hindi niya ho tinanggap," he said naman and looked down. I felt bad tuloy because of asking, he looks sad.

"Why?"

He looked at me naman and smiled. "Hindi ho kasi ako ako tanggap ng pamilya nila," he said namand bit his lower lip na parang he's trying to stop himself from crying. "Hindi ho kasi ako mayaman, Miss," he added pa kaya.

Now I understand more why the last we talked ay sinabi niya na he needs to earn more money for his future family. He was rejected pala because he's poor. What a cruel family.

"Where is she now?" I asked him naman. "You should go and find her, baka this is the right time for the both of you na," I gave him hope naman.

He sighed and shook his head. "'Wag na ho, Miss," he said naman. "Wala pa rin naman po kasi akong maipagmamalaki kung sakali man," he said pa and looked down. "Wala pa rin ako sa pamilya nila."
