Another superhero?

Part 4

-𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬-

Bella changed out of her car clothes and put on a pair of black leggings and an oversized hoodie. "Hey Bella! Come here!" Henry yelled from downstairs. Bella and Henry's parents, piper Henry's sister, and Tommy left to see a kids movie while Henry had friends over. She rushed down the stairs to see a group of people. A darker skinned girl, with black Curley hair, and a tall Curley haired boy. On the coffee table are a stack of board games. "Hey guys" Bella says nervously. "Hi! I'm Charlotte, Henry's told us so much about you" she smiles. Bella thinks, she's only known Henry for a few hours and he's already told his friends about her. "Uh what?! No I didn't!" Henry yells to Charlotte. Bella felt a blush creep across her face. Henry ran into the kitchen to order some chili burgers from inside out burger. When Bella sat down on the couch Charlotte started giggling. "What is it?" She smiled. "Oh, just that it's obvious Henry likes you" She giggled. Bella shook her head and smiled. "No. Henry's only known me for what 5 hours" Bella argued. Jasper laughed, "so what?! Your really pretty" he said looking at Henry. He walked back over to the couch and sat next to Bella. Jasper and Charlotte giggled. He shot them a glare and they stopped.

After the new friends played a few rounds of different board games, jasper and Charlotte decided it was getting late and they needed to go home. "Okay, wanna um. Wanna watch a movie?" Henry asked nervously. Bella nodded, "yea sure. What do you wanna watch?" She asked. "There's this show, it's so good. Walking orange." Henry said excitedly. Bella laughed, "sure" and for another hour, Henry and Bella sat on the couch together and watched a zombie show, which Bella thought was a lot like the walking dead, but she watched it with him anyway. Since it was midnight Bella got tired and fell asleep on Henry's shoulder.

-𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐲𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐯-

Bella and I were watching the walking orange, when she fell asleep on my shoulder. How adorable is that! I mean- uh. How uh- didn't hat happennnn. The show turned off and the news started playing. Started saying things about ray- uh I mean captain man. Then my whiz watch started beeping. "Ahh Shhnkt now ray!" I whisper yelled. Bella moved her head to my lap and cuddled up against my chest. I swear If she keeps doing this stuff I'm gonna catch feelings. I flipped open my watch and a hologram of ray in his captain man suit hovered over my wrist. "Hey kid, I need you." Ray started. "Psshhhh. Bella's sleeping." I told him. He looked at me confused, "who's Bella?" He asked with a cheeky grin. "Oh uhm, she's just- a girl that's living with me and my family for a little while until they get a house here in swellview" I informed him. He chuckled, "Hmm. But anyway I need kid danger because, well you know! EMERGENCY!" He yelled. I shoved the watch in my shirt. "Shhhh!!!!" I shushed him. He groaned. "Kid, you got 10 minutes I need you for this" then hung up.

I looked at Bella, she looked so peaceful. But ray needed me. "I'm sorry bella." I whispered. I gently picked up her head up and put it on a pillow. And left to help my boss with an emergency.

When I woke up, I looked around and Henry was gone, I shrugged it off, maybe he was in bed. I got off the couch and walked over to the kitchen, to get a cup of water, when my best friend Eli called me.
"Hey bestfriend!" He said
"Hey E wassup."
"Nothing, kasey kissed me!" He spat out
"alright, I'm tired I'm gonna go" I said tiredly
"Wait you don't care?" He asked
"No eli I don't care. Can I go to bed now" I laughed.
"Oh well okay. Goodnight loser" He chuckled.
"Goodnight E"
I hung up the phone and made my way up to Henry- my new room. When I got there, Henry wasn't there. Pfft, he's probably with his friends. I sat on his bed, because my ankle started going numb. I fell back into his bed until my ankle could be felt again, but it didn't. And I ended up falling asleep.
