Donna's POV:

I first noticed her when the day she came here. She walked into school and she looked confused. Even though I heard that she was here a couple of years ago she still seemed extremely lost. I wouldn't blame her, I was lost too when I came here. It was kind of funny.

A/N: This will be like a week and a half ago of Donna's POV when Heather first comes to the school.

I did hear rumors around the school that there was going to be a new girl. A new girl in the middle of the year? That seems impossible. Me and my stupid friend Brett came here after our school closed down because of the numerous deaths. It was called Stonewall Prep. Most kids knew us because of the incident that happened which I hated. Brett was my only sort of friend, that's why I hang out with him. People think I really did something wrong, but in all honestly, I didn't think I did.

I was at my locker talking to Brett like I do every morning when I saw her walk into the school.

She was wearing cuffed jeans, a classic camo shirt with a leather jacket over it. She has dirty blonde hair. A perfect mix of brunette and blonde. It was truly beautiful. I could see her bright eyes from here. They were emerald green and it had lime color mixed in it and jade color as well. The light gleamed off her eyes. I would guess my mouth fell open or I just wasn't listening to Brett at all. Because he knew I wasn't paying any attention to him.

"You looking at the new girl? Let's be honest, I doubt she's even gay or bi. My guess is she will barely pay any attention to you. She has better things to do than pay any attention to you," Brett said with no emotion in his voice.

"Shut up Brett. It's not like you have anyone. Plus I can get more girls in a month than you do in a lifetime! So I don't want to hear it!" I punched his arm.

After a few days passed I saw Heather and Reggie in the hall. His arms were around her and they kissed eventually. I could see the look on her face. It was a face of disgust. I had a sense that she was gay or even bi. The clothes she wore, the face she had when Reggie kissed her, and basically, everything was obvious. I honestly felt bad for Reggie but he will have to deal with it. Reggie did date Veronica and she's practical with Betty so there's that. I see the way they look at each other.

Finally, it was lunch. A peaceful period where I didn't have to worry about much besides Brett's crush of the week. He thought Cheryl was hot and had an idea to go on a date with her.  I actually recorded it because he told me that he was going to do it at lunch. So what do I do, obviously recorded it.

It obviously didn't go well because everyone knew Cheryl was lesbian, and since Brett is dumber than a box of rocks it was absolutely hilarious. Cheryl came out when we weren't here, she's extremely open about it. So there's no excuse for Brett.

It basically went down like this:

"Ok Donna I'm gonna do it!" sweat started to form on his hands and he had a smile of confidence.

"Hm? What are you gonna do?" I actually knew exactly what he was going to do. He would never shut up about it. So I opened up the camera app on my phone and started recording.

"You should know! I have been talking about this for ages! Anyways, if you know or not I am going to get myself a girlfriend," he got up and started walking to Cheryl's table. I held in a laugh and pointed my phone towards them.

"You go get him, tiger!" I said as he walked over to Cheryl.

"Hey Cheryl," he smiled at her. "I was wondering if you would go on a date with me?" Then he leaned in trying to kiss her. Next thing I know he was on the ground. Cheryl was staring in shock.

Toni punched him. Good for her! She held Cheryl and kissed her. Cheryl fell into her arms. Cheryl still looked so shocked and confused.

I turned off the recording and I ran over to her and apologized saying I didn't know he was going to do that and he was just going to ask her out. They said it was ok. The only reason why I said it was funny was that Brett got punched in the face. I offered to buy them drinks at Pops, like milkshakes or whatever they wanted. They declined and said it was ok. I told them I had a video of it and asked if they wanted me to delete it or not. Toni actually gave me her number so I can show her it.

A bell rang. I jumped being startled. I shook the memory from me and headed towards my second to last period of the day. Then I saw them, Reggie and Heather on my way to class. They kissed goodbye and headed separate ways. I went into my class and sat down.

Yea I wanted her happy, but I could tell she wasn't. That's when I thought of it. I took out a piece of paper and started writing on it. I stopped myself and thought I would use a different number somehow on my phone for this.

After class ended I waited near my locker. I knew Heather's locker, I honestly don't know why. It was close to mine so I don't care. She walked and went through her locker, putting stuff in it. Then she walked away.

Once she turned a bend I looked around the halls. No one. I took the note in my hand and slid it in one of the little grates in her locker. I hesitated before I put in the piece of paper. I had to do something because I feel like I had a chance and I wanted to help her get out of the weird relationship with Reggie. The paper was folded into four squares and I wrote her name on the outside of it in cursive.
