A day out with lexi

"Callum Highway! Hurry up!" Shouted Ben. "Calm down I'm almost done!" Callum shouted back from the other side of the door. "Cal...babe I love you but if you do not hurry up I will kick this door down and drag you out by your damn ear lobes. "No need for that I'm done" said Callum as he opened the door. "Finally! Lola's going to kill me! Let's go!" Said Ben loudly. "But I didn't even finish my tea..." Callum said sadly as they walked through the front door. (A few minutes later) both of them finally arrive at the salon where Lola works. She was sitting there with Lexi. "There you both are! About time!" Said Lola angrily. "Daddy!" Said Lexi quickly. "Mummy said that if you weren't here in the 10 minutes you'd be in BIG trouble and we don't want to see mummy angry do we daddy?" "No we don't!" Replied Ben. "Bye baby have a good day!" Said Lola smiling. "Bye mummy!" Said Lexi as her, Ben and Callum walked out the door. "So?" Said Ben "what would you like to do today princess?" "We can do anything you'd like Lexi" said Callum. "Anything really?" Said Lexi happily. "Yes" said Ben "okay in that case! Let's go to the park! And then I want ice cream! Ooooh let's go to the cinema! And then we can go home and I'll put makeup on you both again!" Said Lexi cheerfully. "Yes to everything else but no to the makeup!" Said Ben and Callum at the same time. "Alright" said Lexi. Ben, Callum and Lexi arrived at the park. "Callum? Can you push me on the swing please?" Asked Lexi. "Sure sweetie let's go!" Replied Callum. Ben couldn't help but smile at the sight of them he was happy that Lexi liked Callum so much because it would be sad if she didn't. (At the cinema) "alright princess what movie?" Asked Ben "the one about the fairy princess please!" Said Lexi happily. "Alright." (After the movie) "I'm confused! Why would she give up her wings?" Said Callum puzzled. "I know right? Doesn't make sense." Replied Ben "she gave up her wings for her true love if she didn't the evil fairy queen would've locked him up for ever and ever and the only person who could let him go is her! The fairy princess would never be able to see her fairy prince again!" Said Lexi quickly. "Oh" said Ben and Callum. "Dummies honestly" said Lexi "excuse me? We're not dummies!" Said Ben. "She's a Mini you Ben what do you expect? She gets her personality from her dad" said Callum. "That is true" said Ben laughing. They arrived home and started watching tv. (A few hours later) "I'm home!" Shouted Lola "huh that's weird no response." Lola walked into the living room where she saw Ben and Lexi fast asleep on Callum's shoulders who was also asleep. She walked over to the tv and switched it off, placed the blanket on them and quietly left the room. Ben, Callum and Lexi have had a very long day and all they needed was some sleep.
