CHAPTER ELEVEN

  I quickly opened the door panting.
Everyone slowly looked at the door I was panting my heart pounding out of my chest seeing everyone facial expression my heart sank on my stomach
  “Bianca!” Amanda whispered
Jess and Michael moved aside and there he was lying there with his head bandaged and his left leg hanged up
I slowly walked to Luke’s bed side “Oh my god” tears started pouring down my face I gently held his face “What did you do, how did this happen?” I looked at Luke’s dad “Mr Mark?”
Mr Mark shook his head “It seems like he lost control of the car”
  “But Bianca how did you find out about Luke your phone…”
I cut it Amanda before she finished “Mrs Mark” Everyone looked at each other in confusion
  “Guys let’s give her some time alone with Luke” Mr Mark whispered and held my shoulder “You be with him”
I knotted my head “Thank you”
Everyone went out leaving me alone with Luke I sat down on the chair holding Luke’s hand
Outside the room
  “How is he any change?” Mr Mark asked everyone turned and looked at her
Mr Mark went to her “His still the same but I have full faith that he’ll wake up soon thanks to you by bring Bianca here”
Mrs Mark sat down “I didn’t do anything, I’m just trying to fix the mess I created in the first place due to me I let my prejudice get in the way of my own son happiness this had to happen to make realize the big mistake I did, what kind of a mother I’m I huh, You were right John because of my pride I lost my son he hates me so much that he doesn’t even want to see my face if anything happens ours son I’ll forgive myself” Mr Mark sat next to her and held her hand,
  “Hate is big word, Luke might not want to see you because his upset with you his your son he can never hate you”
Mrs Mark looked at her husband “What about you, you still love me?”
Mr Mark sighed “No matter how crazy you can get I can never stop loving you if I did I would have stopped the first day I met you disappointed yes but what you did made me proud to be your husband again”
  “I just hope I’m not too late in fixing my mistake else I’ll never be able to forgive myself John”
Jess went her parents and kneed in front of her mom “Mom you must think positively you already took the step know you just have you wait for brother”
  “Jess is right, I’m sure Bianca she already called him tallest pole about million times by now” Amanda whispered
Mrs Mark looked at Amanda sniffing “Tallest pole?”
  “It’s long funny interesting story that Luke himself should tell it himself” Shane whispered sitting down on the chair
Michael stared at Shane “Please I’m sure brother when he wakes up he’ll have the same sense of humour he always had or it’s going be worse than what he had before”
Shane pointed at Michael “True you have a point there” Others were knotting their heads
  “I’ve been meaning to ask, how did Brother and Bianca meet in the first place I mean Bianca told us how they started dating but I want to know how and when they meet brother share everything with you right?”
  ‘Yeah lighten us you know how brother is i have a feeling there first encounter was minding blowing knowing their both personality” Michael whispered
Shane scoffed “You are right till today it still shocks me from how angry your brother was that morning he meet Bianca he had found someone who was as arrogant and stubborn as he is they both meet last year the morning Luke returned from LA and Bianca had gone for an interview they both bumped into each other and showed their true colours to each other on the other hand your brother being the first time he encountered with such woman it enraged him I remember…”
Memory:
Luke lost in his thoughts thinking about what happened in the morning in the lobby Shane walked in holding a file
  “Hey Mark I need your signature on this file” Shane whispered he noticed Luke lost in his thoughts “Mark, Hey Luke”
  “Yes” Luke responded turning his chair facing Shane
  “Where are you lost?” Shane asked
Luke cleared his throat “Nowhere, you were saying?”
Shane put the file in front of Luke “I need you to sign this file” Shane saw Luke lost in thoughts again “Okay what’s going on with you?”
Luke returned to his sense “Nothing” He looked at the file Shane sat down looking at Luke “What?”
  “Mark you may own this multimillion company but I’ve known you for years to try to fool me like you just tried to do right now that is why we are  best friends and in those past years I’ve never seen you so lost in your thoughts like you are right now, so out with it” Shane whispered
Luke sighed “Some stupid girl I bumped into in the lobby this morning she was so rude I mean the way she spoke to me and she dared to answered back at me”
Shane looked confused “Wait you mean, you mean to say you are like this because of a girl?” Shane looked at the side “Now that’s a first”
Luke sat back at his chair “What are you trying to say?”
Shane shook his head “Nothing”
  “Shane like you just said out with it” Luke whispered
  “Never in your life has a woman ever made you like this the ‘Luke Mark’ I know would have dealt with that girl there and then, but…”
Luke crook his head to the side raising his eyebrows “But?”
  “But this girl who you encountered with seems to have got into your head my friend or maybe it’s because she challenged you in the way that you’ve never thought any woman would dare to do”
Luke slowly knotted his head “And I guess this is the part where I ask you what your point is” gesturing his hands in the air
  “My point is my friend” Shane crossed his legs “Not all women are dying to fall on your feet or scared of the look you just pulled right now as we speak, I have to meet this girl”
Luke pouted his lips “And this is my friend the point where you return to your work” Luke signed the file and handed back to Shane who is smiling at him.
Memory ends:
  “And of cause Luke hired her in the end and they continued their feud couple times but after she leaves the room Luke always had this look in his eyes and he would light up when he saw her”
  “They complement each other so well perfect for each other in their own way, I just wish brother can wake up soon and see Bianca she’s back in his arms again”
  “It won’t be that simple” Amanda whispered everyone looked at her she looked up at them she knotted her head.
  “What do you mean?” Mrs Mark asked
  “You all know that Bianca’s family’s died in the car accident so Luke’s accident may have opened old wounds”
Mr Mark knotted his head “True but she’s alone we are all with her” Amanda looked at Mr Mark and everyone who they are knotting their heads she smiled knotting her head.
