A live together

Chapter 1 / A normal morning

Hey guys, before the story starts, a few words from me :) This story is a small excerpt from a very large series. This is part 1 of 3 stories. I've actually had this story in my head since I was 11. Of course, I've refined it over the years, but the process has stayed the same. Each chapter is written from a specific perspective. (Either in Sam's or in Penny's perspective) There will be 21 chapters if I can't think of more. I can't tell you how regularly there will be updates, but I think every 2-3 days is very likely ;) Now I've really talked enough, have fun with the first chapter of A live together :)

Sam's pov:

I still couldn't believe, that the woman of my dreams was lying right next to me and we were sharing a bed - even if she made it very wide in it, so that I hardly had any space. We've been a couple for a few weeks now, but we only told our families and friends a few days ago, because we wanted to enjoy our togetherness a little longer. As I thought about the past wonderful weeks, I felt Penny slowly wake up and put her head on my side to snuggle up to me. I put my arm around her to pull her closer to me and kissed the top of her head. 

"Good morning", she mumbled sleepily, as she snuggeld closer to me.

"Good morning, my heart. Did you sleep well?"

"Better than ever. But I think it's because yesterday was a very exhausting day and we were awake for a very long time", she grinned and rushed up a bit to lay her head on my chest. I ran my hand gently through her shiny blonde hair and really happy, that she was with me.

"It's a shame that I'm on the night shift tonight", I said, disappointed, and ran my finger over her ear.  

"That tickels Sam", Penny giggled. "Now you mention it, before my shift starts, I have a few things to do."

"And what?"

"I want to go jogging like every morning and have breakfirts with you in peace", she mumbled into my chest. "We should also clean a bit here. It looks bad."

"But only because you always throw all your stuff in a corner."

"Are you telling me that it's my fault, that there is chaos everywhere here?!"

"Uhm yeah something? You're not the neat person I know", I laughed and a moment later, I felt Penny teasing me briefly. "Ouh, it's okay. We're both not the neatest, but together we can clean up the chaos."

"We can do everything together", smiled Penny, who slowly got up and sat down on the edge of the bed - Damn, she looked so beautiful.

I also sat up and slowly crept next to her. I put a couple of kisses on her free shoulder and kissed me up on her neck. She tilted her head a little and let herself fall back in the bed. I was now lying on the top of her and picking up where I left off.

"I can forget about jogging today", Penny sighed and snuggeld up against me. 

"I'm realy sorry."

"Yeah yeah, that wasn't your intention at all, Jones," laughed Penny, as she really got out of the bed and went into the bathroom to get dressed. I followed her again and sat inconspicuously on the bathtube. "I really have to go work right now, my love. I'd rather pick up where we left off."

"That's not why I followed you. I just want to be with you, I don't want you to go."

"I don't want to go either, but Pontypandy needs the fire brigade", she sighed and kissed me briefly, before she put on her station uniform.

"Even in that uniform you look just so beautiful", I mumbled stunned.

Penny smiled at me, before sitting on my lap and sliding her hands on the back of my neck. "I love you! I hope you know that, but when I kiss you now I know that I won't stop. I'm hungry and my shift is about to start, so what do you think about it, when we have breakfirst?"

"With pleasure, my angel", I whispered and kissed her on the cheek. I picked her up and carried her into the kitchen and set her down on the counter. "What would you like to eat?"

"Bread and fruits, but you know that, I think?"

"Of course, but it could be also have been that you wanted something else. But I'm happy to fulfill your wish."

Penny was still sitting on the counter, when I put the finished plate in front of her. "And what are you?", she asked in amazement.

"I'll eat right away, when you go to work and I'll put some order here."

"Sam, you don't have to. I'm your guest in the house and I have to clear my stuff away myself."

"No, you're the woman I love more than anything! It's clear, that I will do this for you." I put my hand on hers and gently ran my thumb over it. "Really Pen, I do this! I'm home today, housekeeping doesn't take care of itself", I winked at her and was about to move to the side, when Penny grabbed my arm and pulled me to her. My face was so close to hers, that it was really hard to control myself to not attack her with million kisses. 

"How did I deserve you", she mumbled against my lips.

"I should rather ask myself the question." I carried her back from the counter and sat her at the table. I took her plate and placed it in front of her. "Then have a nice breakfirst, my love."

Penny smiled and bit into her bread. When she finished eating, I took her plate and put it on the counter. "Sam, I could have put that away. You don't always have to do this for me."

"I would do anything for you, really anything"

Penny got up and put her hands on my shoulders. she looked at me so sweetly, that my heart melted. "You have to go work... Your shift starts in 10 minutes", I sighed and rested my forehead against hers. 

"I've never hated going to work as much, as I do now."

"I'll stop by for a minute, otherwise I would miss you too much."

"I'm looking forward to it", she smiled and I kissed her. "Fortunately, I don't even have to walk to work for 2 minutes."

"There must be an advantage with living me."

"There're many advantages to living with you", Penny whispered and ran her hand in my neck, before she went out the door and closing the door. 

I watched her briefly, until I turned to the chaos, that was here...

We have come to the end of the first chapter :) I hope you enjoyed it a little. As I said, it's a story that has been in my head for a very long time, the reason I want to write it perfectly.
