Chapter 23 - Sometimes, The Moon Looks Brighter Than The Sun

****A Year Later****

[Jackie's POV]

Postitve. It's positive.

I knew it couldnt be a lie, since i had all symptoms. I didnt know if i can be happy or scared.

I walk out the bathroom to Skylar, who sat patiently in the living room, which was covered in tinsel and lights. Christmas was just around the corner.

"Well??" she asked as soon as she saw me.

"Its positive," i said, holding the test in my hand.

"Jackie, are you nervous?? Happy??" she asked.

"Happy, but nervous. What am i gonna tell Vic?? What will he say?? Skylar," i said.

"Hey, dont be afraid. Vic loves you with all his heart. He'll be happy," she said.

"You think??" i asked.

"Yes," she said.

Right now, the guys were out looking for a tree for the living room. We were at the PTV house.

"Okay," i said, and hug Skylar, who's been my bestest friend since the day i joined the PTV family, where i reunited with Vic.

I go and throw away the tests and help Skylar keep decorating the house in Christmas decorations.

Soon, there's a knock at the door. "I'll get it. Probably the guys are back," i said and rush to the door.

But it wasnt the guys. Just Sleeping With Sirens. Kellin had a baby in his arms.

"Hey guys, come on in," i said, smiling. "Hey, Kellin, who's your little cutie??" I asked, smiling at the little girl in his arms.

"This must be Copeland. She's so cute," Skylar said.

I almost forgot. Kellin told us he was going to be a dad, and he was engaged. It was after the tour, when he and Katelynn spent time together. 

"Awww, Kellin, she's so cute!!" Skylar said as we awed over the baby girl.

"Yeah, its gonna be her first Christmas," he said, having me hold her inmy arms. He cooed at me and smiled an adorable toothless smile.

"She's beautiful," i said, holding her.

And to think, in 9 months, i'll be holding my own child, Vic's child.

"Hey, the tree is here!!" Skylar said excitedly.

I look up and see Tony, Jaime, and Mike carrying a real tree up the driveway on their shoulders, laughing. But where was Vic?? Copeland just giggled in my arms happily as the guys carried the very bushy and big tree.

"Guys where's Vic??" i asked, a smirk in my face as i hand Copeland to Gabe and he sits on the couch.

The guys look under the tree and around. They they get a look of realization on them.

"Oh, yeah!! Ready in 1, 2, 3!!" Jaime saids and thy all jump, tree still on shoulders, and stomp hard on the ground. Next thing i know a lump falls from the tree, along with some pine leaves. The lump was Vic.

Everyone bursts out laughing as he falls with a thud.

"Like we never saw him!! HAHA!!" Gabe laughed. Even Copeland giggled.

"Yeah, sure. Laugh at the shortie," he muttered, standing up.

"Well, you're my shortie. And you smell good," i mocked, wrapping my arms around him, pecking him in the lips. He smelled like sweet pine.

"Thanks, babe," he said, and went to see Copeland.

I was nervous to tell him that he's going to be a father. But i knew he would still be a great dad.

Just need the right time. Tomorrow is Christmas, i guess i can tell him by then.

God, i am way too nervous.
