Chapter 6 - At the Check-In

[Vic's POV]

My dad said i fell off the roof, but i didnt believe him, and he hung up without another word

"Wait. Mike, you're Vic's brother. Dont you know something??" Jaime asked.

"I wish i did. I always traveled with my girlfriend most of the time. I hardly talked with ic for 3 years until i got the call that he fell off the roof of my parent's house. After that, my girlfriend and i broke up," Mike said.

"Ok, then. So, what do we do?? We got two people here who remember NOTHING of what happened a few years ago," Jaime saids.

As the others debated I look over at Jackie, who looked nervous. I place my hand gently on her hand. She looks at me. This time when we touched, no image came. Which i guess is a good thing.

"It'll be okay," i told er.

She smiles and nods. She has a beautiful smile. A very familiar smile, though, but beautiful.

Soon, we arrive to the check in point. We climb out and then i see Skylar walk up to us and hug Tony.

"Hey babe," Tony said as he pecked his girlfriend on the lips. Skylar is also gonna be working on merch with Jackie. We agreed that she will take the ride with Kellin to the check-in so we can met up.

"Hey guys," she said as she hugged Tony.

"Jackie, this is Skylar, my girlfriend. You'll be working merch with her," Tony said, introducing Skylar to Jackie.

"Nice to meet you," Skylar said as she and Jackie shared a hug.

Soon i see Kellin and Gabe coming towards us.

"See?? Told you we'd take care of Sky, Tony," Gabe smirked.

"Kellin, what's up??!" i shut as i hugged my best friend.

"Nothing much," he said.

"So this is the famous Kellin Quinn," Jackie smirked.

"Yeah. Kellin, this is Jackie. She's working merch with Skylar," I said.

"Nice to meet you, Jackie," Kellin said as we hugged hello.

"Hey, you guys better get checked in. Austin and Alex already did, and so did we. All that's left is you," Gabe said.

"Any food nearby??" Jaime asked.

"Food trucks are over there," Kellin said and pointed near the check in booth.

"Let's go!!" Mike shouts and him, Jaime and Kellin head to the food trucks. 

[Jackie's POV]

“I’m gonna go check us in. Will you be okay here??” Vic asked.

“Yeah, I’ll be fine,” I said.

Vic nods and walks to the check point. Skylar wraps her hand around Tony's hand and they follow Vic to check-in Pierce theVeil. I made sure I have the pass that identifies me as Merchandise Girl so I wont be kicked out and just wait while the guys roamed around.

“And what’s a girl like you doing by yourself??” a voice saids from behind me. I turn around and SURPRISE!! its Jack Barakat from All Time Low.

“u-uhh well, I’m just….” damn I need to come up with my words faster. Then again, I am nervous. I am in the presence of Jack Barakat!! EEP!!

“Hehe, relax. I don’t bite. I can see you must be the merch girl for Pierce the Veil. And by the look on your face, you are also a fan of All Time Low, I presume,” he said cockingly.
