"-anna! Dianna come on, wake up!"
As Dianna slowly starts to gain consciousness again, she feels the gentle slaps on her face getting dealt by the person above her.

Dianna still laying on the floor, holding the picture from yesterday just as close to her chest. She sighs, crumbling more into herself.

Dianna finally beginning to fully understand what's going on, opening her eyes, but quickly closing them due to the sudden light. She lifts her arm to cover her eyes from the sharp light.

"Oh thank god you're okay!!" The  voice of a women says relieved.

Now it clicks for Dianna.

Who's this women in my house?

Dianna not knowing fully how to react due to just waking up, just gives the women a expression of confusion. The women in front of her seem to understand her confusion and relaxes falling back from hanging above Dianna.

"Oh right! I'm Kathryn. A old friend of Sophie" Her voice was firm, and sweet. It reminded Dianna of honey. She could listen to that voice forever, but would never admit that.

Dianna sits a bit up using her elbows, getting a better look at Kathryn.

"What are you doing in our- My house?" She says, her voice still sore from all the crying and yelling the day prior. Even those few words were hard to form.

Kathryn blushes and scratches her neck.
"Oh yeah- sorry for just barging in like that. When I heard what happened to Sophie... I just knew I had to make sure you were doing okay" She gives Dianna a warm smile, she missed seeing Sophie's smile. No smile was the same as hers, others have no satisfaction.

Dianna shifts, sitting in a more comfortable position on the floor.
"Well now you checked, so get out" Dianna did feel bad for saying it like that, since she did come here for Diannas sake, but she wasn't really in the mood to be with "a old friend". Or even anyone for that sake. She just wanted to be left alone to die.

"Well I just want to make sure you're okay Dianna, I'm not here to-"

"Do I look okay to you?" She snaps.

Kathryn taken aback by the sudden comment just sighs looking around awkwardly.

"I've never seen you before... Or even heard Sophie talk about you. How can I trust you?" Not really believing the intruder, after all she did break into her house.

Kathryn shifts a bit to sit more comfortable on the ground, putting focus on Dianna again.

"Oh, Sophie and I used to be really close friends, but I had to move to Canada for a job. We still talked and texted though. Even when you two were together" Trying to lighten the mood a bit, she gives Dianna a smile again.

Dianna stays silent, just looking at her, thinking the words through. Kathryn sees her glare and shifts a bit, getting uncomfortable by the tension in the room.

"U-uhm well... She told me a lot about you, and I knew you wouldn't take this well-"

"If the person you cared most about died, you wouldn't take it well either"

Kathryn sighs, just ignoring the small comments Dianna made once in a while.
"So I got here to help you. I was her friend too you know" She says, laying a hand on Diannas shoulder, Dianna hurriedly brush it off panicky.

Scared of touch?... What's happened to you Dianna..

"Yeah... Well she wasn't only my friend" Dianna breathes out, sniffing.
