"Are you planning on coming down here, or will you just stand there all day?" Bellamy spoke bringing me back to reality I was too busy admiring the ground to notice that everyone was already off the ship including Clarke
"I dreamt about coming here my whole life" I told him as I moved closer to the edge of the ship
"Then let me be the first person to tell you this 'your dream just came true'" he offered me his hand and I quickly took it as I jumped off the ship and landed on the ground
As soon as I did I couldn't help but give a laugh , a real laugh , one that i haven't had in a real long time even before i was imprisoned, I never felt more happy , more alive , Bellamy laughed too and it was only then that I realized he was still holding my hand "Bellamy Black" he introduced his self as he shook my hand
"Jade" I replied
"No last name?!" he asked raising an eyebrow "and why do you look so familiar have we met before?"
I opened my mouths to reply but was cut off when a familiar blonde pulled me into a tight hug "Jade , I missed you so much , I tried to come and visit you many times but they never allowed me to" she rambled until we pulled apart and I noticed that Bellamy was gone but just shook the thought away
"I missed you too, Clarke ,don't worry your mum told me that they didn't let anyone out of the council to visit me" I told her with a smile I really missed her so much
"My mum!!" she seemed shocked
"Yeah she was the only one who visited me every couple of months, she would tell me about you and everyone else" I replied
"Do you mean…" she didn't need to finish so i can know that she was asking about HIM
"No Clarke he never visited me" I told her bluntly
"I'm…" she started but I cut her off "don't say sorry Clarke, you know I hate being pitied"
Right then Wells showed up "Jady Jade I never thought that this would be the way we reunite" he spoke as he pulled me into a hug
"neither did I , welly" I chuckled ,it felt as if we were back on the ark only the three of us hanging out and going on adventures , the three musketeers as I loved to call us , why you ask it was a story my mum used to tell me when I was younger…
*Back on the Ark*
"There it is. We know they’ve landed, but communications are down, which means we’re still blind to conditions on the ground. Thanks to Abby’s wristbands, at least we know how those conditions affect the human body, which is more than we’ve had for a hundred years. So nice work. Now, what are they telling us?” Kane asked as he paced through the science lab
“Two dead kids, dark tiles. Dr. Jackson, please share our theory with Councilor Kane.” Abby spoke her eyes moving between Kane and the screen where the picture of two kids among the100 where covered by dark tiles
“Of course. Granted, they’ve only been on the ground for seven minutes, but as of now, we believe the fatalities are due to the landing, not radiation levels" Jackson replied
"Both boys died at the same time that we lost contact with the drop ship.” Abby continued
"Rough landing? That’s your theory?" Kane mocked as he stared at Abby then looked back to the screen
"The dots connect" She tried to convince him
“Would you agree that if it was radiation, we’d see fatalities climb fairly quickly now? Because I’m noticing a lot of red on that board.”
