From the seconds guk heard that word, he slowly held Tae's hands from punching his chest and took it a little far away to keep in a safe zone to protect his precious thing and asked "What ring, lolita?"
With knowing anything tae sobs like a baby by thinking about his very very precious thing, which he liked first thing in his life; no one can get back his smile when he held in that small ring in his small palm; no one can bring back the special feeling that tae had over that small ring. He worked hard/he can buy it with his parents' money but he didn't/he worked hard at that age to earn it for himself. That much love he had over those simple rings. We can easily say it was just a ring, but only those people can relate when they are buying with feelings. They can only know how really important even if it was a simple stone. That kind of emotion tae had with that ring, still, he has.
But sadly guk doesn't know he has stolen tae's precious emotions, all he thought it was an accident and he wants to hurt tae's feeling that time because they were enemies that time; or it's meant to be with him by fate?!
Tae tries to punch him between his soft sobs but the way guk prevents and holds his hands makes him helplessly hang his head against guk's chest and murmurs "Because of you I..I lost my ring"

Guk was sitting on the couch like a clueless person, his idiotic brain still hasn't understood tae's feelings and acting like an idiot 💭 It was just a ring why he is so dramatic over it? 💭 he totally forgets that why he is also treating that just ring more than his life!
He had fights with many people including bogum just for that simple ring! He doesn't let anyone touch it, including his parents and friends! Why does he have to do these all if he thinks that was just a simple ring! Because in the corner of heart he also knows the value of that simple ring, and the way that ring fulfilled Tae's absence for past years, it is more than everything in this world to him! But he is an idiot, so what can we expect from him?!
When he went upstairs still he could see tae's back shaking in soft cries, he sighed heavily before taking steps to close the soft crying baby "Lolita, I didn't mean that way. I do care about your feelings"
Tae doesn't want to talk to him but when guk mentioned his feelings he can't zip his mouth like he heard nothing, because he is still waiting for guk's confession but guk ignoring it like it wasn't a big deal in life, then how could tae keep silent. He turned a glare at him with teary eyes "Ohhww, you do care about my feelings? Wow, after you tell this only I get to know, keep tell me often otherwise I will forget because my mind is already occupied by our fights only. I wonder sometimes, are we still in the same enemy zone which we used to be in more comfortable with each other" says in little sarcastic mixed with small pain.
