You know what's odd? How caring and loving, but most of all, accepting people can be. I never knew people like that ever existed. I thought everyone out there was somebody who wasn't worth getting to know. It felt as if the sooner they found out about you, all they really would ever do was judge you. And even if they claimed they weren't, they always were. Or at least that's how it seemed. I never wanted to be perceived for what I'm not, but accepted for what I am. It never occurred to me that no one could live up to that if they didn't know me. Guarding myself made it nearly impossible for anyone to accept me simply because they couldn't know me. But now that I've been blessed to meet Harry and have Zayn come back, I see that not everyone is bad. I just have to hold onto that thought.

These past few days have been great. After establishing that yes, the boys I have came to know are indeed famous; me, Beck, Harry, Zayn, Liam, and Niall had some planning to do for Louis' birthday. We've been hanging out secretly at this small park Zayn suggested, so Louis couldn't find us. It's been quite hilarious when we come back to find a moody Louis whining about being lonely that afternoon. But we've got some great ideas and by the looks of it, this party is going to be a success. Becks been getting along with the boys really well too. They all love her goofy personality, which I don't see why they wouldn't. They love her so much that in fact, this morning Beck wasn't home when I awoke.  My dad said when I was sleeping that Harry came with the rest of the boys and picked her up. I acted as if it didn't phase me, but when he said that I felt a little down. Mainly because it kind of sucks they didn't invite me where ever they were headed. But to my surprise, Louis came over not to long afterwards.

"Louis, this game is garbage." I whined while slamming my controller onto my coffee table in the living room.

"Come on, you didn't give it a chance!" Louis yelled at me.

"We've been playing for an hour! I think it's time we play something different."

"Fine, your highness." Louis rolled his eyes and got off the couch to look at the few games I had beside the T.V. Since we both didn't know where the boys and Beck went off to, we've been hanging out all day. Which is fine by me because Louis is entertaining and my dad really has taken a liking to him.

"MARIO KART." Louis announced while throwing me a Wii remote and pushing the disc into the slot on the Wii. He got this excited grin on his face as he hurried back to the couch, plopping down beside me.

"I'm guessing you really like this game?"

"It's a game fit for kings."

"You really think a such king would rather miss out on flying in a private jet across the world, tasting the finest wine, getting painted by the best artist in all of the land, eating a meal that could feed all of Africa, or playing hop scotch with Oprah, just to sit around on his ass all day and play Mario Kart?" I asked, arching an eye brow.

Louis gave me a hard stare for a good 30 seconds before saying, "Yes." then turning back to face the TV and get the game started.

I laughed and began playing beside him. I had to admit, I'm pretty great at this game, so Louis is in for it. It feels amazing to just sit beside a friend and play a video game, just relaxing and not caring about anything. I think everyday should be like this.

About 20 games of nonstop jerking our hands side to side and yelling because of a turtle shell knocking us out of the lead, we finally laid the remotes down and took a break.

"You're not bad. Not bad at all." Louis smirked.

"You're not too bad yourself." I returned the smirk.
