Nini's POV
I finally finished my third class and now we'll i need to head to my locker. "I'm sorry but you need to open!" I say struggling to open my locker. Finally the locker swings open but causes me to bump into someone behind me who had a project in there hand and that happened to be Ashlyn. Suddenly the project falls from her hands and the project shreds into pieces. "Oh no, I'm so sorry, Ashlyn please. I'm so sorry. It was an accident ." I say helping her pick up her project that was broken. "My locker it just slipped. I pulled to hard. I didn't mean to- is there water in that?" I ask. "Get away from me!" Ashlyn grits out. Great. It's my first day of school and this happens. I put my books in my locker. "Excuse me Um do you know where Ms. Keller's ELA class is?" I ask a boy. "It's right behind you." Says the boy. "Of course it is." I mumble out. I walk inside to see Ashlyn sitting with her friends. "Oh you've got to be kidding me." Ashlyn says. I look down at my feet and walk to a desk . "Seats now please!" Says my math teacher . "Hey Nelly." Says Ricky with a smirk. "Ok we left are projects and now get to pick them up once your done and we left off with Miss. Caswell." Says my teacher. "I don't have my project." Ashlyn says . "Miss Caswell! did something happen or did you have a problem with this project?" Ms Keller asks sternly. "Yes." Ashlyn says said. "And you don't have it done." Ms Keller asks. "No." Ashlyn says quietly. "Alright we'll then you will receive and incomplete for this project." Says Ms. Keller. "It was my fault." I blurt out . "Who are you?" asks Ms Keller. "Nini Salazar Roberts I wrecked her project ." I say. "Shut up!" Ashlyn says. "Hm well I don't have a Nini Salazar Roberts I only have a Nina Roberts." Says Ms.Keller. "That's me. I just always add my moms last name also but Yup that me." I say. "You are Nini and Nina Roberts." She asked. "Yes and I wrecked her project. my locker got stuck." I say. "Just stay out of this." Ashlyn says. "Do you go by Nini or Nina?"my teacher asks. "Whatever. It's not her fault." I say worried. "I need you to pick one." My teacher says. "One what?" I ask. "One name." She says. "Nini." I say. "Fine. Thank you. Nini you wrecked Ashlyn's project when?" My teacher asks. "Just before class." I say. "Very convenient." She says. "No it's true! I did my locker got stuck and when I opened it-" I start to say. "Stop it !" Ashlyn yells out. "Miss Roberts, since you said you wrecked Miss Caswells project, you may help her fix it. You have until tomorrow." Ms Keller says. "Fine." I say. "No!" Ashlyn says . "Why not?" I ask her. "Because I don't want your help!" Ashlyn spats out. "But I don't mind doing it." I say. "Just stay out of this!" Ashlyn yells out. "What is wrong with you? I'm trying to help you!" I say. "Well don't!" Ashlyn grits out. "Ladies enough!" Ms Keller says. "Miss Caswell if you don't want help from Miss Roberts then you may have until tomorrow. If it's not done you will receive a incomplete ." Ms Keller says. "Yes." Ashlyn says. "Now you may sit." Ms Keller says. "And well as now that your standing class we have a new student. Say hello to Nini Roberts. "Hello Nelly!" Ricky says . "Hello Nini." Everyone say quietly unlike Ricky.
