💜 Under the Oak Tree 💜

Narrator's POV:

Travis and Sal were both chilling under an old oak tree near their school. They both decided to ditch school for that day since Sal had a panic attack and started to cry, so Travis volunteered to stay with him and help any way he could. Usually, Sal's friends wouldn't have been okay with it, but since the two were dating, it was a whole different story now. 

Sal sat in Travis's lap as Travis sat on the ground and leaned his back against the oak tree. He held Sal close to his chest and played with his pigtails a bit to soothe him.

~Travis's POV:

I heard Sal sniff multiple times in a row, which indicated he was still crying a bit. "Baby.."  I  mumbled softly in his ear.

"Y-Yes?.."  He mumbled back softly, but still loud enough for me to hear.

"Are you okay?.."  I asked, still mumbling softly.

He nodded his head slowly in reply. 

I repositioned him on my lap so that he was facing me. He seemed slightly confused, even though I couldn't see his face through his mask. I slowly began to take his mask off and kissed him softly on the lips.

He kissed back softly as well before I eventually pulled away from the kiss and looked at him. He tilted his head, seeming slightly confused. 

"Why are you staring at me like that?-"  He finally asked.

I just smiled and chuckled softly. "Because I'm admiring my handsome and adorable boyfriend! That's why."  I saw a tint of blush appear on his face and I'm sure I had some on mine as well.

I suppose he wasn't use to hearing those types of things and I sure to hell wasn't used to saying them, but I will someday!

~Sal's POV:

"Travis.."  I mumbled softly to him.

"Yes Baby?"  He mumbled back softly, tilting his head slightly. 

"I love you.."  I mumbled again.

He looked at me confused. "What did you say, Baby?"

I sighed softly. "I-I love you.."  I mumbled a bit louder. He still looked at me confused. "I said-"

He cut me off by kissing me softly again, before pulling away and chuckling.

"I heard you the first time, but I just wanted you to say it again." 

I just rolled my eyes a bit and hugged him close.

"But I love you too, My Adorable Blueberry."

He kissed the top of my forehead softly and smiled.
