|Chapter One|

"1 2 3 . 4 and a 1 2 3. 4- fabulous! again!"

Her voice ran through the ballroom as he delicately laced his hands around his partner's body, guiding their way through the ballroom as if it were the clouds in the sky they presented on. The girl felt the heat to her cheeks fumbling on several steps through the dance and yet he did not falter once. Nor did he scold the girl he partnered with falling into a guiding step along with her. Never did she feel her heart a flutter such as this moment. The feeling of pure ecstasy falling through her veins with every movement they made, something magical was the only way the girl could ever describe it.

And soon the music stopped ad he took a step back from the heated girl, no longer in the clouds but back in the large ballroom in front of their entire classroom. Embarrassed for having such a moment in front of so many peering eyes she blushed some more turning to look at the boy to apologize only to find him standing there smiling, Not a crinkle in his clothes, not a hair out of place.

"You dance wonderfully" Toned and quiet, it seemed almost delicately strong, the feeling didn't make sense but she was sure the beating of her heart had to mean something was different looking into the boys' eyes.

"Lady Yuriko, Lord Michio, a wonderful performance that was, class let's give them a round of applause" The teacher spoke clapping her hands together guiding the class who followed suit a few of the girl's friends and some rambunctious boys cheered a little to loud bringing flare to the girl's cheeks but the boy didn't seem to mind, almost like he hadn't the slightest care of the girls bursting face.

"Lady Yuriko, Your footwork was somewhat sloppy but with a bit more practice I'm sure you'll get it done" the woman cheered almost too merrily, She bowed pulling on her skirt the blush fading down more as she thought of dancing. She never liked it much but When she found out that Michio-san was taking this class she unconsciously signed up as well along with her friends.

"Lord Michio, You've gotten the routine down, I'm proud to call you one of my top students!" A grin spread through the teacher's face as she thought back to all of Michio's past performances always reaching perfect or otherwise. He smiles ignoring the whispers and the slander of several jealous students behind him bowing towards his instructor.

"Thank you Kinona-sensei, You've taught me well" The teacher flushed at his words, although not suggestive they brought joy to the instructor as it raised her Ego more, about to continue with the class if not for the ring of a bell.

"That's all for today! practice at home the dutch waltz! don't forget homework!" The instructor spoke yelling to the scattering students with a sigh, Thinking about all the missing work and angry parents always brought a pang to her head.

"Have a good day Kinona-Sensei" The boy now with a bang swung across his shoulders bows to his teacher, At every class, he would do this routine, Like a well-oiled machine he's memorized every path and every way to do what needs to be done, and the results are worth it.

He leaves waving goodbye to the girl, Clacks at the bottom of his shoes following the crowds in the hallways, He holds a small smile to his face, Never changing as he walks his way to his next class waving to those that recognized him, Coming to the point where he nudges shoulders with someone.

"Oh,  My apologies" He looks to find Purple looking back at him, Wide eyes filled with sparkles and light they're similar to his own, They stare at him, swallow hi, unveil him, His heart races but not in ecstasy. In a feeling like bugs crawling under his skin, he looked away.

He felt exposed and wrong like someone had stripped him of everything then and there, It was a strange feeling, He must be overexaggerating. All those late nights were surely getting to him.
