|Chapter Three |

Kyoya Ootori Was a dedicated man, That was clear to anyone who had ever encountered him, It was especially obvious to his sister who had begun to watch her younger brother furiously type at his laptop at the smallest table in his room, He had been at this for hours, He'd do this a lot. Go into trances of straight workaholic attitude, wouldn't answer any of her calls or shouts towards him so dedicated to whatever was going on in his electronic device.

It was only at the certain particular ringtone did he stop to pick up his other electronic device, Fuyumi had always found it strangely creepy how he knew what Person was calling especially when he never differentiated his ringtones, It was like watching psychic powers at work.

"What is it Tamaki" The ravenette grumbled holding the phone to his ear as he continued to type at his computer with his free hand taking pauses to write down notes in how little black book freshly pressed and inked from India, Nothing but the best for Kyoya Ootori that was for sure.

"Mommyyyyyyy- I need your helllpppppppppp" Was the whining of the grown boy on the other side of the phone, If fuyumi hadn't met and known the blonde that his brother ever so obsessed over she would have thought that the voice would be something from either a child or a woman by the high pitch of it.

"What is it Tamaki- Im quite busy so please make it quick" Harsh in his words as he scanned the current financial plans of future endeavors for the host club he was in fact busy but that hadn't stopped him from knowing he would most likely cave to whatever his friend would begin begging for something soo 'exciting' and 'new'  to be done for the host club.

"I need your help recruiting someone for the host club!"

Kyoya sighed, Of course, it had to be something like this, he found it weird when Tamaki chose the most eccentric people for the host club, First with honey-senpai and then those mischievous twins it would only be a question of what weirdo he would recruit next.

"His names Kuro Michio and-"

Kyoya stopped typing, As he took a moment to himself, Going silent as his friend continued to rant about the great and amazing boy he had met while Haruhi went on a tour of the school.

"-And I'm sure he would bring in  so many customers, with those dashing looks he could almost compare to me and-"

"Absolutely not"

Tamaki had to pause on the other line, He had rarely heard that tone of voice from his friend, It dripped of something so cold and icy you could almost compare it to a snowy blizzard in the middle of the artic. He shivered at the very thought

"But-"

"Tamaki suoh, If you know what is best for you and for this club you will take my advice and stay away from that boy, nothing good can come from him"

Fuyumi Watched as she slowly walked away from the room, the fact that her brother made at whatever Tamaki had said was unsettling and enough to make her know it was time to leave kyoya alone for a while now.

Tamaki couldn't understand, Michio seemed plenty polite and lovely towards Haruhi and himself, He was perfect host material, It brought curiosity more to him with Kyoya's warning. He was sure that his best friend must have been overacting, Michio-san was a lovely person and just HAD to join the host club, there was no changing Tamaki's mind.

"Pleaaaaaassseeeee Kyoya!"

Kyoya always found himself weak to Tamaki's pleading but in this instance, he would not budge, He would not let those that he worked hard on be undone by such a person, he would not let it fall all down because of Tamaki's assistance.

"No.End of conversation"

"Kyo-"

beep beep beep

Kyoya had hung up on him as he looked down to his phone the ravenette knew this would do nothing to stop Tamaki from recruiting that thing, He would have to take things into his own hands for this, And he would be sure to protect what he could at all cost.

He began writing

To Kuro Michio,

It seems that you have become a subject of interest towards Tamaki suoh, King and head of the host club. This is but a kind reminder that if you do engage overly much I Will be sending over 100 guards of police to you, And they will be willing to take any necessary action.

Stay away from the host club, This is your only warning.

And with that he had sent the letter, Giving it to a servant to deliver towards the boy known as Kuro Michio.

______________________

The water Dripped from his body in a cooling sensation as he wrapped a towel around his neck soon to dry his hair. He had just finished a short shower to rid himself of any germs from the day

Today had been another routine day he noted, He had done well at his attempts and decided that it was a neutrally positive day to rejoice in his winnings.

It was when he was passing the door to his living room did he notice a small envelope on the floor, He took a moment before tracing his hand along with the softness of the paper, It was obvious that it was good quality material and that either told him that this would go bad or horribly wrong.

Opening the letter with a sense of caution he watched as nothing dropped out this time before carefully Picking out the paper.

It was a threat

A small smile fell to his face, the same smile he always had, the same way that he adjusted his hair properly and the way that he stiffened his stance, He looked rehearsed in this as he made his way away from his living room and instead changed his direction towards the bedroom of his small apartment.

It was a lovely apartment that he had been living in for quite a while, and the best part about it was his room because it was where he held all of his things.

On the far left wall were bulletin boards, covered in papers and sticky tabs, Each paper a reminder, a way to remember, a sense of feeling that kept him going, He grabbed a sticky tab from his dresser and sorted out a new spot for his brand new reminder, It would be hard to find enough space soon as the entire wall seemed to be filled with reminders.

He pushed in the sticky tab taking a step back to admire his work. Watching as the lovely paper filled in with all of the rest of his wall, It seemed to be like a missing piece that he hadn't known he needed, It was satisfying.

Kuro Was content with that.
