Prince: wassup-prince dapped brandon-youre que right?

Brandon: yeah, thats me

Prince: nigel told me ab you and asked to support you-he said as they walked towards princes car

Brandon: thanks man-prince helped Brandon putting his suitcases in the car

Prince: i live w my bestfriend, his name is gawa, he couldnt come bc hes at work but hes pretty cool, you'll like him

Brandon: alright-brandon said as they went inside the car, starting to drive towards princes apartment

Prince: so what are you planning to do on here?

Brandon: i already got in ucla, my classes start in two weeks and meanwhile i intend to look for a job and shit

Prince: i work in a music studio, maybe i could see if they have anywhere to put you in

Brandon: oh yeah for sure, that sounds fire-brandon has always been into music but after moving w his dad, he made him go for something else and not what Brandon actually wanted to do in college

Prince: this my place-prince opened the door to his apartment motioning for brandon to come in

Brandon: uh, this is nice-brandon walked in looking around. The apartment was a mix of themes, it had modern vibes, rustic vibes, artistic vibes and a bunch of others all in the same. But it all fit together

Prince: so, heres the living room, kitchen, restroom and upstairs is our rooms-he said starting to go upstairs-thats gawas, thats mine and thats yours-he opened the door for brandons room-it has a bed and wardrobe already but we wanted to wait for you to decorate however you wanted to-he explained seeing Brandon nod

Brandon: sounds great

Prince: alright, i have to go and have lunch w a friend of mine, what do you think ab going to shop some decorations and then you can join the lunch w us?-prince suggested

Brandon: if your friend doesnt mind im down for it-they left brandons suitcase in the room and went to the mall going through some stores and getting some decoration and needed things for brandons room

Prince: what else is in there?-prince pointed to the list on brandons hand

Brandon: bed sheets and pillows-they walked towards the shelves where the bed sheets were but didnt see any pillows

Prince: where tf are the pillows man-prince mumbled looking around

Brandon: look, choose some random bed sheets, i'll go ask for the pillows-prince nodded turning his attention back to the bed sheets while brandon went to ask where were the pillows, but he stopped on his tracks once he saw a lil girl sitting on the floor w her knees over face as she cried-hey-brandon tried to approach without scaring her. The lil girl only looked at him w teary eyes without saying anything-whats wrong? Why you crying?

Girl: i cant find mommy-she said-i was running around w my sister but i got lost, i cant find my mommy-she sobbed

Brandon: alright calm down, we gonna find your mommy okay?-the lil girl nodded-im brandon, whats your name?

Girl: madelyn but people call me maddie

Brandon: okay maddie, can you hold my hand while we search for your mommy?-maddie shyly nodded her head standing up and holding brandons hand-did you loose your mom in this store?-maddie nodded-do you know if your sister got lost too?

Maddie: i dont think so-she shook her head

Brandon: okay maddie, i need you to pray attention and search for you mom calmly alright-maddie nodded looking around but not finding her mom through the shelves they passed through-what if i put you in my shoulder so you can see from another view?-maddie nodded making brandon help her getting to his shoulder, she looked around searching but she still couldnt find her mom

Maddie: i cant find-

Girl: maddie! Mommy theres maddie!-brandon heard another lil girl say making him turn around seeing the lil girl run in his direction-leave my sister alone-the lil girl started to beat brandons legs thinking that he was trying to take her sister away

Maddie: cora stop! Hes helping-maddie said while brandon put her back in the floor

Woman: omg! Maddie-brandon heard. He knows that voice. He looked up seeing maddie run in a womans direction-

Billie?-he frowned looking at the scene.

When billie finally took her eyes out of her daughter, she looked up ready to thank whoever helped her, she couldnt believe what she was seeing, brandon?

Brandon: billie?-brandon was the first one to say something. Billie slowly walked closer to him and cora, still trying to figure out if she was seeing what se was seeing

Bil: que?-she said unbelieved

Brandon: hi, what-

Man: ma'am i see you found your daughter-a worker from the store appeared cutting brandon

Bil: yeah, i found her-billie said not breaking eye contact w Brandon

Cora: mommy i have to pee, can we go now?-cora said when the worker left

Bil: yeah uhm- yeah lets go-billie said. She didnt know what to say or what to do, but she knew that she wasnt ready for that moment

Maddie: thanks Brandon, bye-maddie waved when the three of them were getting out of the store while Brandon just stood there, lost in wtf just happened. Why did Billie leave so fast and without saying something other than "que"

Prince: man whats taking you so long-prince appeared

Brandon: i-he was going to explain but decided just to brush it off-nothing i just had a weird meeting

Prince: i found the pillows, cmon lets get you a few-as they were walking towards the shelve, prince got a text-oh bro, my friend just canceled the lunch but we could still have lunch together

Brandon: for sure-brandon said. They finished shopping then grabbed lunch, and for the rest of the day they just hangout getting to know each other more.
