Luke Watson wakes up in his room as the sun rises. He stretches and sighs, "Another day in Scream Street." He gets dressed, brushes his teeth, and slides down the stair rail and goes to the kitchen where Mrs. Watson was making breakfast. She smiles at her son, "Good morning, Luke." Luke sits down as his mother serves him eggs and bacon with toast, "Wow, thanks mom." She kisses his hair as he eats and soon Mr. Watson comes downstairs and the Watsons eat their breakfast.
After breakfast, Luke went over to the graveyard and Resus and Cleo were there. Luke waves, "Hey guys. Wassup?" Resus waves back, "Hey Luke. Sam is here, but she's hiding somewhere." Cleo nods, "We played hide-n-seek while we waited but she's a good hider." Luke chuckles and he transforms his nose to his werewolf nose, "I bet I can sniff her out." He sniffs around and Resus and Cleo follow him. After a few minutes, Luke sniffs near another tombstone and Sam pops up, "RAWR!" The trio scream and fall down and the four laugh.
The four go to the Emporium and sit at a table together. Sam chuckles, "I still can't believe I scared you guys." Luke laughs, "Yeah, gave us a real scare." Resus and Cleo giggles and then Sam and Luke hear someone struggling. The four go to the back and see Luella working on a spell in the cauldron. Luella gasps, "O-oh, hello everyone." Sam waves and she and Luke walk over to her. Luke peeks in the cauldron, "What are you cooking up now?" Luella walks to the shelves, "I honestly don't know. Something with animal instincts and..."
There was a small boom and she turns and gasps. Resus snickers and Cleo walks over to Sam and Luke, who's faces were all smoky and they both cough. Cleo cleans them up and Luella goes to them, "I'm so sorry! Are you two okay?" Sam shakes off, "Yeah, I'm good." "Same here," says Luke. After they all clean up and the cauldron was now empty and cleaned out, they sit back down and talk for a while.
It was starting to get late and the four go home. Luke walks inside his house and he stretches. His parents were on the couch and he sits with them. After a couple hours, Luke goes to bed and lays down, "What a day. I wonder what kind of potion that was...oh well." He falls asleep, and inside he had a strange feeling crawling inside his mind.
