A few weeks had passed, and Luke and Sam were getting their bandages taken off. Luke winced as his mother carefully peeled back the bandage over his eye. Once it was off, there was a scar from when Sam scratched him. Prim took the bandages off Sam's stomach and once they were off, a few rows of claw marks were there. Once all the bandages were off both of them, there were scars of all the fighting done.

Luke and Sam look at each other, then look away. They were both ashamed and all the marks left from each other from their own insanity. Mrs. Watson touches her son's face and makes him look at her and she smiles, "It's okay to be hurt...but the craziness is over, okay?" He nods and she hugs him gently. Luke knew it was going to be alright for him and Sam.

Meanwhile, Luke and Sam sit on Luke's bed, both quiet for a moment. Sam looks down and she sighs, "I..." Luke looks at her as she tries to speak, "We...I...I'm sorry, I can't think of anything to say..." Luke saw Sam was crying and he hugs her, comforting his werecat friend, "I-it's okay...it's okay..." He felt his eyes water and he closes them, a tear rolls down his cheek as he rests his head on her shoulder.

Sam shakes, "I'm sorry it's just...I'm still scared. Imagine what would've happened if the antidote didn't work in time or not all all..." Luke shudders at that thought, but he looks at Sam, "But it did work. Everything is okay now." Sam looks at the werewolf, and she wipes her tears, "Yeah, you're right..."

After dinner, Sam and her aunt went back home, and Luke goes to his room and lays down, tired. He didn't know he was, but well, he was. After a while, he fell asleep, and his parents came to check on him and they tuck him in his bed and they let him sleep. His parents knew he was still recovering and while he was asleep, they went to check on Resus and see how he was doing.

Sam fell asleep on the couch while she and her aunt were watching TV. Prim holds her nice close, petting her hair softly, humming. A few hours passed, Prim carried Sam to her room and tucked her in. Sam purrs softly and she snuggles in the blanket and her aunt smiles. She knew that Sam and Luke were going to be alright.
