Bailey's POV:

“Hey Bailey?” Harry yelled from the living room.

“Yeah?”

“Grab the remote will ya?”

“Harry, I’m in the kitchen, what makes you think the remote is in here?”

“I know it is, it’s on the counter, I saw it there earlier when I was getting popcorn.” The boys and I had finished work and were relaxing in Niall and Zayn’s flat. We were all exhausted and didn’t feel up for going out, so Louis suggested a ‘bit of a movie night with the lads and I.’

Louis and I were busy making food and picking out movies while the other guys changed into comfortable clothes. I had changed into a pair of grey sweat pants, but kept the same t-shirt on.

Just as I had walked into the living room, Niall came charging out of him room wearing a green onesie with the hood pulled over his head. He nearly crashed into me and knocked the bowl of snacks out of my hand, but luckily I heard him coming.

Not that it was possible not to, he was screaming at the top of his lungs and sliding down the hallway, clearly scared of something. He slipped around the corner and I caught him my spare arm.

“Thanks,” he gasped, pressing his lips together in a straight line and raising his eyebrows slightly. Harry was consumed in a laughing fit on the couch, clearly noticing Niall’s strange facial expressions.

“Why are you running?” I asked, confused at the entire situation.

“Because-” he didn’t get to finish his sentence because Zayn came crashing down the hall behind him, wearing nothing but a pair of pants. Niall shot me a fear stricken look and grabbed me by the arms. He quickly dragged me to the other side of the room and held me in front of him.

“Give me my onesie!” Zayn yelled.

“No! Don’t come any closer or she gets hurt,” Niall said dramatically. He was using me as a buffer between him and Zayn now.

“Screw you, Irish,” Zayn said and stalked off. Niall released me from his grip and hopped over the back of the couch. He patted the seat next to him and looked up at me. “C’mon.”

I hopped over the back of the couch too, squeezing my way-in between Niall and Harry. Just as I sat down, Liam walked in the door. He was holding a movie and big pillow.

“I brought movies!” Liam yelled as they joined us on the couch.

“Not Toy Story again, I hope,” Lou sighed.

“What’s wrong with Toy Story?” Liam asked innocently.

“Everything, once you watch it eight times in the same month,” Zayn said walking in the room and sitting on the couch.

“Well then, you’ll be happy to know that I brought a different movie.”

“What is it?” Niall asked, throwing a handful of M&M’s into his mouth.

“Bambi,” Liam said proudly, while popping the DVD into the player. Less than halfway into the movie we were all sat in a heap on the couch crying, except Harry, who fell asleep on top of Zayn ten minutes in. I sniffled and Niall looked down at me. He reached down and wiped a tear drop off my cheek and I did the same for him.

I could feel my eyelids become heavy as I leaned against his comfortable shoulder. He put his arms on the back of the couch behind me and pulled the blankets up to his chin.

Zayn glanced at him, thinking I couldn’t see. Niall glanced back and pulled a face, while I trained my eye on the screen. Niall shifted closer to me again and I could feel his fingertips brush lightly against my shoulder.
