In another life

[ previous story: kise got into an 'accident' which involves aomine witnessing his blond slowly dissolves into a sticky red liquid in front of his eyes]

"Che... *flips* *flips*" a certain tanned man groan as he flips the register book located in the front desk of a certain hospital

"Where !" He screamed, not caring of the hostile stared around him, his hands shaking, biting his lips to preveny his tears, the jmage of the blond covered in bruises, blood, traumatized him.

"Sir, please refrain from tearing the book" a receptionist spoke, nevertheless she was ignored, because after flipping contless pages searching for a certain name, he finally located where kise would be.....

It was written there..... Kise ryouta, emergency cases, room number 719....

Aomine ran and ran, pushing his way through countless crowds with a despeate look on his face, his hands couldn't stop shaking, the guilt he felt... his mind keeps repeating images of his sunshine, stained

"It was never meant to be like this"

Aomine blamed everything on himself, every words he said, every minute he ever had, evrything was a mistake , he shoudn't have said those things back in their changing room. No, from the start, he should't have said no to the blond.

All he ever wanted now was to hug and kiss the man he loved, he wanted him to tell him that everything was going to be fine...

BAMMM!

A door was slammed, not just an ordinary door, it was the door leading to the emergency unit of a certain hospital...

A tanned hand slammed the 'what looks like the register table there' "TELL ME WHERE IS ROOM NUMBER 719" he yelled at a surprised nurse sitting there....

"It's straight towards the left sir" a moment of pause and lots of panting heard, the nurse checked her her book...

"But it looks like the patient there is having an operation now" Aomine's face frown, he knew an operation is not something to be messed with, meaning, it's serious.

His heart feeling like it was just struck, and a voice shaking with fear of losing the blond he asked

"JUST FUCKING TELL ME WHERE KISE IS" he yelled, causing the nurse to be surprise once more and straightforwardly tell him where it was

"To your right sir, but only the patient's family could en...."

Not bothering to let the poor nurse finish her sentence, Aomine daiki ran, as fast as his feet could carry him,

"SIRR SIR !!" The nurse from before shouted, in hope that Aomine would stop running, but it wasn't affective

He proceeds, until he saw a green light beeping in front of a large green door with a sign, OPERATION ON GOING, he hesitated for a while but then, knowing his true nature of doing what he wants, he slammed the door hard while closing his eyes, afraid of what he thinks he will see

Slowly he opened his eyes and slowly looked around, there were machines, large ones with a hell lot of tubes hanging, a lot of surprised nurses looking pissed at him but what he saw next stopped him short......

On the operation table lay, his sunshine, not so bright now with all the tubes attached to his body, a breathing mask attached to his face, his lips struggling to get air, his shoulder bare and naked, two circle-like-things attached to his skin, near his nipples, they look like those things that indicate the heartbeat on the monitor standing beside him

Looking almost as pale as the one lying there, tears gradually build up in the tanned eyes, his whole body trembled as guilt shower him

"No.... Kise.." tears went down on Aomine's cheek as he stepped forward

"Sir, please get out ! Can't you see we're having an operation here!" A nurse stopped his track and tried to push him outside while another one called the hospital guards

"Kise... wake...up" he looked with teary eyes as he force his way, but was shocked to what he saw...

The heart beat showed in the monitor was slowly calming down, transforming from big zig zags into a line, A loud BEEEEPPPPP was heard

The surgeon rushed with a pair of electric shock rods in his hand, rubbing it for a while then pressing it on kise's body which jumped as he did so

"NO KISE.... WAKE UPP!!" Aomine screamed, as two pf the guars came in and try to drag him out,

"GET THE FUCk OUt OF MY WAY" he yelled at the guards who the put more force onto dragging him out"

"KISE DON'T PLAY WITH ME!!!! WAKE UP !!!....." Now he was slowly dragged out,his feet making a loud screech as it resist the force

There it was, the second time the electric rods touch his skin.....

Now Aomine, unable to talk, unleash his last strength, and pushed forward causing the guard to stumble, he rush forward and manage to touch kise's hand before another pair of guard literary yanked him backwards and try to throw him out of the room,

"Kise... please..." Aomine sobbed, finally regaining his mind,

"We'll start a new life, kise" his voice tremble when he mention his name

"I'll be with you kise..., I won't let you cry anymore"

Then he was thrown out of the room but before the enormous green door shut he managed to scream

"I LOVE YOU KISE RYOUTA"
