You practically fell into one of the many chairs in the library. You had just gotten back from a hunt, and you felt drained. It had been a difficult day. You placed your face in your hands, sighing deeply. You heard the clinking of ice in a glass as Sam set a glass in front of you. You let your hands fall away from your face before looking up at your boyfriend, who was standing next to you.
"What's this for?" you asked as he sat down in the chair next to you. "You don't remember what today is?" he chuckled as he took a sip out of the glass he was holding. You furrowed your brows in confusion as you stared at the glass sitting in front of you. It took you a few seconds before you realized.
"Oh!" you exclaimed as you turned to look at Sam. He laughed at your realization. "I'm so sorry I forgot. Usually I'm better with dates, but today was rough" you said. "Yeah I know. I just wanted to see how long it would take you to realize" Sam said. He leaned in and kissed your lips softly.
You reached out and picked up the glass, bringing it over to tap your glass to Sam's. "To us, Y/N" your glasses clinked as you tapped them together. "To us, my love" you said before you both took a drink.
