You walked into the restaurant slowly, hesitantly. You almost couldn't believe it when Castiel contacted you. You knew it was forbidden. The two of you were never supposed to see each other again, but you knew you had to come.

You looked around and examined everyone. You spotted him in the back, sitting at a booth by himself. His back was too you, but he could sense your presence. You walked closer to him and stopped in front of him. He looked up at you with a small smile. "Kept your vessel all this time. I'm impressed" he said to you. You smiled back. "It's a pretty one. I wouldn't let it go that easily. You however, changed yours" you said as you slid into the booth, opposite of him. "Yeah, dresses are quite... complicated" you chuckled.

"I like this one better anyway" you paused, smiling as you looked at him. "It's really nice to see you again Castiel. I missed you"

"Thank you, Y/N. I missed you too. It's been too long hasn't it?" you nodded. "It has. I honestly never thought I would see you again. I was very surprised when you contacted me" you confessed. "Well, you're the only angel I knew who I could call for help"

"They've been talking about you back home. A lot. Most them just say you're a rogue angel, but I know there's more to it than that" you said quietly. He stayed silent for a moment. "In their eyes, I am a rogue angel. A fallen angel who broke basically every rule in the book" he explained. "But you were helping man kind. I've also heard about these, Winchester boys. Nothing but trouble" Castiel smiled fondly at your words. "I'd agree with that, to an extent"

"You know, if I help you, it's gonna ruin my reputation in heaven. I'll never be able to go back" he nodded sadly. "Yes, I know, but I was hoping you wouldn't want to go back" you furrowed your brows. "What do you mean?"

"You could stay. With me. With the 'Winchester boys.' We could make up for the time we lost" you thought for a moment. "That would be great, Castiel" he smiled wide. "Tell me what you need, I'll do anything to help you"
