Operaction Spectacular Surprise Date

Chapter 10

Brian headed to his room. He decided to name this Opereation Spectacular Surprise Date. He didn't know why but he wanted some epic spy mission music. He played Duder's a Spy over and over again as he wrote ideas for the date. He had a ton of charts on paper. The first thing he did was divide a paper with a line drawn in the middle. On one side he wrote "Liked Drinks" and the other side said "No Way Drinks." On liked drinks he had Rootbeer, Wine, Beer and Coffee. For the date drink he went with Rootbeer. Then he looked at Holly's three favorite flowers. Daffodils, Roses and Snapdragons. He went with Roses because they are pretty much the most romantic flower. Then he picked a meal. He chose spaghetti. Then he thought of Holly's three favorite places in Chicago. The Manor, The theatre and the beach. He decided to set up the date on the stage of the theatre. It was free Friday night. He got a fold up table out of the house and brought it to the stage and set it up. He then grabbed two stools. He set them up across from each other. Then he booked the theatre for Friday night. He had it all set up. It was Wednesday right now. Holly was visiting at the manor where AJ was still not speaking to Brian. Holly was watching The Little Mermaid with Lauren. Brian walked up to Holly. "Hey Holly!" Brian said. He sat next to Holly. Lauren moved off the couch next to Holly and sat on the chair leaving Brian more room to move closer to Holly. "Holly? Do you wanna practice our singing at the Theatre together on Friday at let's say 7:00 pm?" Brian asked nervously. Holly held her head down hiding the blush on her face that only came from the cuteness on Brian's face as he asked. "But your voice is perfect already." Holly said without thinking. She accidentally looked up. Her face a blushing mess. Brian was blushing because of how cute she looked and from the compliment. "Your's is to but do you just wanna? Plus I need to hang out with you! You left me for 2 weeks!" Brian said. "Yeah sure." Holly said. Brian did an adorable double fist to the air. Holly giggled. Brian was about to leave but Holly rapped her arms around Brian not letting him. Brian enjoyed it. Lauren winked at Holly when Brian couldn't see. Lauren left to "go get snacks" even though she was gone for the rest of the movie and she had dimmed the lights when she left. Holly eventually took her arms off Brian allowing him to put his around Holly. Holly fell asleep. So did Brian. They were all curled up together. Lauren walked in and took a picture on her phone. Then she left and turned off the lights completely.

Half an hour passed and Holly and Brian were still fast asleep. AJ walked in to watch TV. He saw Brian and Holly when he turned on the lights. But they didn't wake up. He turned off the lights and ran off with tears in his eyes. He bumped into Lauren. "Oh hi AJ!" Lauren said. "What the fuck is going on in there!?" AJ asked. "They're just having a nap. And I think they like each other. AJ just go with it! Holly broke up with you yesterday! Get over it!" Lauren said. AJ decided to suck it up. He stopped his tears but left to his room.

Brian woke up three hours later. Everyone else besides himself and Holly were fast asleep in bed. Brian felt so great next to Holly. He felt like he could tell Holly anything. So he whispered in her ear without having to move because their faces were so close "I love you. With my whole heart." Brian was going to leave but Holly just hugged Brian tighter and pulled him closer. Brian fell back asleep.

Brian woke up the next morning. Holly wasn't there. She must've gone home. Brian went to go take a shower. He wanted to hang out with Holly later. After he showered he shaved then he brushed his teeth and combed his hair and then he got dressed in decent clothes. It was a green v-neck t-shirt and navy blue skinny jeans. By the time he finished Lauren and Walker were up and making out on the couch like always. Brian felt uncomfortable that Lo and Walker were making out right where Brian and Holly had slept. Brian sat on the chair Lo and Walker not even noticing him. Brian turned on the TV. Lauren's favorite show was on. Still no attention. He turned on Walker's favorite show. Nothing changed. They were still deeply in love with each other. Brian was getting annoyed. He decided to go to Holly's it was 12:00 pm. She'd be up. Probably still back in bed. Brian knew this because he knew Holly was not and early bird on weekdays. No one knew why. Not even Brian.

Back at Holly's she was sleeping in her bed. She had gotten the best and longest nap ever yesterday but Holly wanted to go back to sleep. She had awoken at 6:00 am and left the manor. She also noticed she had her hands all over Brian again. Holly woke up 12:05 pm because she got a knock on the door. She had changed into her pajamas when she got home. But it was just a white tank top and caprees and she was freezing even though it was now the middle of June. Holly threw on her bathrobe and went to answer the door. It was Brian. "What're you doing here?" Holly asked smiling now. "Well the only other two people awake in the manor are Lo and Walker and they're making out so I decided why not spend time with my favorite girl!" Brian said. Holly grabbed his hand giggling a bit. She thought her giggling was stupid but Brian loved it. Brian started to sing. He started to sing Sami. But infront of Holly he couldn't put her name. Padfoot walked over at sat on Brian's lap. Holly chimed in with the song Harry. Before they knew it they were doing the Sami/Harry song from Apocalyptour. Padfoot the dog loved Brian out of all the friends Holly had. He hated AJ. Padfoot was a big dog and fell asleep on Brian's lap. Brian couldn't get up fortunately forced to sit on the couch with Holly who didn't want to leave. By the end of the song Brian and Holly realized they were holding hands. "I really missed you." Brian said. "I missed you to! All AJ wanted to do was snog!" Holly said. Brian laughed. Brian loved Holly's sense of humor. "I wanted to keep texting you but AJ was getting annoyed." Holly said. Holly kissed Brian on the cheek. "Brian?" Holly asked. "Yah." Brian said still smiling from the kiss and blushing. "I was going to have a movie date with AJ today but we're done so do you wanna stay over and watch a movie?" Holly asked. "Yah sure!" Brian said. "Disney?" Brian asked. "No. I'm gonna watch one of my favorite romance, sad, comedy's ever." Holly said. "What movie?" Brian asked. "My Girl." Holly said. "Never seen it." Brian said. "Well now you will see it!" Holly said. She put the DVD in but didn't play. She went to go get popcorn and some Rootbeer. Holly let Brian pick a cozy blanket. Holly came back in with the snacks and pressed play on the remote. Holly put the snacks on the coffee table cuddled into Brian's side as Brian put the blanket over them gently. Holly had her head on Brian's shoulder and they were cuddling. About an hour into the movie a really sad part came. Holly was crying Brian was close to crying. But Brian wanted to look like a man. He grabbed a kleenex for Holly and gave it to her. Brian put his arm around her and just gently went "shhh."

At the end of the movie Brian realized Holly had fallen asleep and her head was on his lap. Brian grabbed a pillow and moved his lap away. He quickly replaced it with the pillow. Brian picked up the dirty dishes and put them in the dishwasher. Holly's house was clean and Brian wanted it to stay that way. Brian made sure to move anything out of the living room that would wake Holly up. He picked up Holly's cellphone and put it in Holly's bedroom. Then he turned off the TV. Then he closed the window then he made sure Padfoot was asleep which he was. Everything was secure. Then Brian realized his cellphone was still in the living room. He moved it into Holly's bedroom. Then he realized something that caught his eye. It was a book. The cover said "Holly's diary." This was a devil angel moment for Brian. His angel was telling him "Don't read it." but his devil was chanting "Read it, Read it, Read it!" Brian made a big decision and decided to read it. Holly got this a few months ago. The first page at the top said March/23rd/Sat/13. Brian read the first page. Brian was extremely happy and extremely surprised. Because the first entry was:

Dear, Diary

I absolutely love B-Hol! I have loved him since we met at the first Hunger Games rehearsal. I remember the day perfectly. Matt and Nick walked me into the theatre and gave me a tour since I had just moved from Canada, well after the tour of the amazing theatre I met everyone. They were all so nice. First I met Jaime. She played Prim. She was so nice. She was also so jumpy. Then I met Joey because he was right next to Jaime. Joey was playing Gale. I told him I was a huge fan of him and then I moved on. Next I went to AJ. He was sitting at the piano practicing a song. When I said hi and he looked at me he had the eyes Jaime had towards Joey. We shook hands and had a little conversation. Then I was headed towards Meredith and Dylan but I ran into B-Hol. He was always my favorite starkid. Because I had been a fan before I became one. I helped Brian pick up his script that had fallen to the floor. He was in his Haymitch costume. He looked so cute. He had eyes and so did I like AJ had towards me and Jaime had towards Joey. That had been the best day ever.

Brian finished reading this. He remembered that day to. He had loved her. But that day he was going to ask her out but Brian found out she was dating Felix. Brian wanted a girl just like Holly. Now that he knew that she loved him he had to say something at the date tomorrow night. Then he remembered he had to go grocery shopping. He kissed Holly on the forehead as he left.
