Chapter 20

Everyone went to the beach with Brian and Holly. Brian wanted to have an alone date but. Well they had a picnic. After that Holly drove home. Brian didn't even get a goodbye hug. He had to win Her at the party tomorrow.

The next day 12:00 pm came fast and everyone headed to the theatre for the party. Everyone looked really nice. Brian was talking to Lauren. "Just go over there and ask her to dance!" Lauren said. A slow song came on and she pushed him over to Holly but. before he could tap Holly on the shoulder Darren came over. He asked Holly to dance. Holly said yes. Brian smacked himself.

Holly and Darren were dancing perfectly. "You know there's something I wanted to ask you ever since I met you at Hunger Games rehersal. But you were in a relationship. And you've always been with someone-" Darren said but he got cut off. "What is it?" Holly asked. "Will you be my girlfriend?" Darren asked. Holly thought of Brian. But she didn't think as the word yes blurted out of her mouth. Darren and Holly then shared a soft kiss. Brian ran out of the theatre. He drove anywhere but there. He drove to The Holiday Club. He danced for a bit almost completely forgetting about Holly. But he just couldn't. He drove to the manor. He lied in his bed. All he was thinking of was Holly. "Holly. I love you." He said. Then he fell asleep.

At the party Holly and Darren danced with Walker and Lauren for hours. "Where's Brian?" Holly asked. Darren, Walker and Lauren shrugged their shoulders. A few more hours passed. Holly was sitting with Darren on the edge of the stage. Holly had her head on his shoulder and they were holding hands. She was starting to get worried about Brian. "Wanna hang out at the manor after the party?" Holly asked. "Yeah. But you do know it's 7:30 pm." Darren said. "Yeah. Sure." Holly said looking at Darren in the eyes. Darren kissed her softly. "You're so cute." Darren said. Darren put his arm around her. Holly decided that she needed to get over Brian. She thought they were obviously not perfect for each other. She kissed Darren. She opened her mouth. Darren's tounge accessed. It got rough. They broke apart for air. "Holly I need to tell you something." Darren said. "Yes?" Holly said. "I'm no longer on Glee. I'm moving to Chicago and I asked Julia. I get to come on the whole tour with you guys." Darren said smiling. Holly happily gasped. The she hugged him tightly. Darren kissed her. "I love you." Darren said. Holly looked blankly. She tried to say I love you too Darren but the words wouldn't come out. All she was thinking of was Brian. "Wanna go to the manor now I mean everyone's leaving." Holly said. "Okay let's go!" Darren said. He jumped off the stage. Holly jumped off but Darren caught her in his arms. They walked out. They took Darren's car and Holly would come back for her's tomorrow. Holly didn't wanna get out of the car when they pulled in front of the house. "I'm tired!" Holly said. Darren kissed her. "You're so cute." Darren said. Holly blushed. She kissed him. She had to get over Brian. She put her hands up Darren's shirt. Darren didn't mind. "Okay Holly let's get out or we'll be going at it in the car like douchebags." Darren said. They walked out of the car and into the manor. Everyone was there with their girlfriends. They were all happily on the couch talking. Brian was sitting in the middle of the floor in a grey v-neck t-shirt and sweat pants. "Hello." Brian said very un-enthusiastically. Brian was flipping through the channels. "Hey I just got a text from Julia!" Meredith said.

Juls: Rehearsal cancelled tomorrow my frend from out uv town is visiting.

"Awwww." Everyone said when Meredith read the text out loud. "Hey wanna have a date tomorrow?" Darren asked Holly. "Okay." Holly said. Brian just rolled his eyes.
