A family trip

Chapter 13

Holly woke up the next morning and saw Brian sleeping like a little puppy dog. Holly picked The Hobbit off of Brian's bookshelf and started reading. An hour later Holly put down the book and went downstairs letting Brian sleep alone. Holly saw a note taped to the kitchen counter. It read:

Dear Holly and Brian,

You guys have slept in for a long time. We went out for breakfast.

Signed,

Lauren, Walker, Joey, Jaime, Meredith and Dyl.

Holly looked at the clock. It was already 12:00 pm. After Holly read the note Brian came downstairs. "Morning beautiful." Brian said. He walked over and kissed her on the cheek. Holly showed Brian the note. Holly was getting out stuff to make breakfast when Brian said: "Don't worry sweetheart. I got this." He walked Holly over to the table and sat her down. Brian started to make Eggs, Toast, Bacon and Sausage. Then he made coffee. Brian handed Holly her food. They did cheers with the coffee and drank. Holly then ate her food. "This is amazing Brian!" Holly said. "The secret ingredient. Is love." Brian said. Holly walked over next to Brian and brought her chair with her and sat next to him. Holly kissed Brian softly. Brian returned the kiss. Holly pulled away. "Brian. Let's spend a day together me and you!" Holly said. "Okay!" Brian said. "Be back here by 1:45." Brian said. Holly left back to her apartment.

When Holly got home she put on a green vest and a blue shirt under it. Then she put on black yoga pants. Holly then just brushed her hair and put it in a ponytail. Then she put some chapstick in her purse and she put on green high tops. It was 1:30. So she headed over.

At the manor everyone else was still out. Brian put on a grey v-neck tshirt and jeans. Then he combed his hair and put on his green high tops. By 1:35 Holly was knocking on the door and Brian was done getting dressed. He opened the door for Holly. "What do ya wanna do first?" Brian asked. "Let's go downtown and look in the shops!" Holly said. "Okay!" Brian said. They held hands as they walked downtown. Brian got fangirled a few times and Holly got a few "hi's!" And "can I get a picture?" Holly and Brian didn't take pictures. They wanted a normal date. They looked in a few stores together. They kept making each other laugh. Brian bought a few things and so did Holly. Then they went out for icecream. They both got just chocolate. They were taking pictures of each other. Holly took a picture of Brian with a chocolate mustache. It was a fun day. Next they went to the beach. They just talked about music. The sun was setting. "It's so beautiful." Holly said. "You're beautiful." Brian said. They faced each other and kissed. Holly liked moving relationships slowly and Brian knew that. But he wanted it faster, harder, rougher. Holly decided that she knew Brian well enough to move a bit closer in this relationship. So she started to go rougher. Brian didn't complain. Holly allowed Brian to move his tounge into Holly's mouth. Then they pulled away. They got up and started walking home. Holly sang a little as they walked. Brian didn't mind. He just listened. When they got back to the manor everyone was back. Holly sat with Brian on the floor next to Jaime and Joey who were now a serious couple. Holly got a text from her mom on her phone.

Mother: Holly I decided I need to spend some family time with you. But I decided you can invite 7 of your friends.

Holly: Okay.

"Guys mom said I can invite 7 friends to visit my home. There's 7 of you so." Holly said. "I'll go." Everyone said. Holly texted her mom back who was coming. Mom had met all the people that were coming. In case your wondering AJ moved in with Ali. Brian looked nervous. "What if your parents don't approve of me?" Brian asked. "They will. My dad got along with you great when you came for New Years. And my little brother liked hanging out with you. My mom thought you were nice." Holly said. Brian looked even more nervous at just "nice." They were leaving tomorrow. All the girls left to their houses to pack. All the boys packed. Brian decided he would have to appeal to Holly's mom.

The next morning at 8:00 am they all met at the manor. It would be a pretty long drive. Holly's family lived in Canada. Holly was taking Brian, Jaime and Joey in her car. Walker was taking Lauren, Meredith and Dylan. Walker's car followed Holly's car as they drove to Holly's small little home town. It was a 9 hour drive. Holly played a Jim and the Povolos CD she made on the radio. Holly had joined Jim and the Povolos when she came along so they had some new songs. Holly had Jaime text her mom for her that they had started driving there. Jaime handed back the phone when she finished. "Will anyone else be there?" Joey asked. "Uh just my parents and my little brother who lives there and my big brother, his wife and their son." Holly said. "Okay." Joey said. "Where will we be sleeping?" Brian asked. "Well last night my mom said you, me, Jaime and Joey will be in my old bedroom, My little brother and my big brothers son will be in my little brothers room. My parents will have their room. And Lauren, Walker, Meredith and Dylan will have my big brothers old room and my big brother and his wife are on the pull out couch downstairs." Holly said. "Okay." Brian said. "So this is just a big family thing?" Jaime asked. "Yeah. My parents missed Cameron and I so they invited Cameron and his son and wife and me and my friends." Holly said. "Cameron's son was born in February so you guys haven't met him yet. But he's awesome." Holly said. "What's his name?" Joey asked. "Andy." Holly said. "Cool name." Brian said. "Yeah. His full name is Andy Paul Lacelle." Holly said. About 2 hours into the drive Holly got a text from Walker. Joey checked it for her.

Walker: Wanna stop at the restaraunt up ahead?

Holly looked ahead. There was a restaraunt. Holly pulled into the parking lot at the restaraunt and had Joey text back:

The booth in the restaraunt they were sitting in to eat only sat 5 people. So Brian and Holly got their own table. Everyone just got a quick brunch meal. Holly and Brian shared some French fries. Every time they grabbed some at the same time their hands met. When everyone finished they were back on the road. 6 hours left. Holly turned on her CD of completely every starkid song. Including Apocalyptour songs and SPACE tour songs. Everyone sang along. On the songs people were in they sang only their part. But if they didn't have a part they sang every word. After about 2 hours of that there was 4 hours left. Holly handed her SPACE tour DVD to Brian he put it in the little TV that was at the front of the car so even Holly could get a glimpse at it. It was about 2 hours of the concert and interviews then Brian started to play all the special features. Once that finished there was 1 hour and 45 minutes. Brian took the DVD out and put it carefully in the case. A few minutes later Jaime fell asleep on Joeys shoulder. Joey fell asleep shortly later. Which technically left Brian and Holly alone. "Holly?" Brian said. "Yeah Bri?" Holly said. "Do you think your mom will like me?" Brian asked. "Of course!" Holly said. She took a hand of the wheel for a sec and punched Brian in the shoulder. Holly wished she wasn't driving so Brian and Holly could have a romantic moment. But they just remained silent for the rest of the drive.

When everyone got to Holly's house they ran inside. Cameron's family had already arrived. Holly and everyone gave out hugs. Holly led everyone where they were sleeping so they could set up. Jaime and Joey slept on Holly's bed and Brian and Holly slept on the floor. Holly's mom made everyone a big dinner. Brian made sure to compliment everything and try everything. After dinner everyone went into the living room where we played Wii. Holly then walked up nervously to her mom with Brian. "Mom." Holly said. "Yes." Holly's mom said. "I just wanted to tell you Brian's my boyfriend now." Holly said. Holly's mom looked a bit shocked. "Yeah! That's fine." Holly's mom said. "Great!" Holly said. They all sat down. At 9:00 Cameron and his wife Zoey put Andy to bed. Then Holly's little brother Jack went to bed. After that everyone had a few drinks and watched The Big Bang Theory. Lauren fell asleep on Walker's lap. Walker picked her up bridal style and took them to bed. They got the bed because they went to be before Dylan and Meredith. Next Jaime and Joey went to bed. They got the bed. Next Dylan and Meredith went to bed. Then Cameron and Zoey went in the other living room for the pull out couch. Then Holly's parents went to bed leaving Brian and Holly alone. They decided to go to bed. Holly put her pajamas on in the room because Joey and Jaime were asleep. Brian put on his in the bathroom. When he got back to the room Holly already was curled in a ball on the floor with all of hers and Brian's blankets on her. She also had both of their pillows supporting her head. Brian laid next to her. He managed to get his pillow back and one blanket. Holly was still a little awake. She kissed Brian softly. "Goodnight sweety." Then they both fell asleep.
