Chap. 13 Pretty

D-10 before Jihoon's birthday (lunch bell time)

As of late spring gradually became warm hot days, students are sometimes busy like any other students. It could be some are studying hard to pass the final exam that everyone is stress about nowadays. Some are just lazy but tried their best as always. Well, that could be the only other students. (This includes me when I was in high school.)

On the other hand, a group of friends is preparing the prince's birthday in secret.

"Okay, what's the plan ?" Samuel asks.

"We'll throw a birthday party, but to do that, we need a concept." the younger one explains.

"What about we do chicken concept?" Haknyeon suggest.

"No, he'll never leave the food area no matter how much we tried." Daehwi denies that suggestion.

"Then, how about something pink-like party?" Eric throws a suggestion.

"Umm...I thin Jihoon-hyung will be fine if it's not too much pink."

"Fine." Eric with a pouty face.

"Hmm... maybe some fantasy concept like fairies and forest," Samuel suggests.

"I think it might work... yeah, but how Samuel?" Daehwi asks.

"I guess put fairy lights on nighttime inside and outside. Jihoon as a princess fairy and for the guests as citizens of fairies." Samuel added.

"You know, I feel like that can work. I know what to do."

After a discussion, they soon have classes as they depart.

D-5 before Jihoon's birthday

"Okay, here's the plan. Haknyeon-hyung would keep Jihoon-hyung company by going some places. As for Jisung-hyung and the rest, they'll buy the fairy concept party supplies. While Samuel, Somi, Eric, and I will try to do the cooking for the buffet. If that doesn't work, we'll have one of the hyungs to help us instead." Daehwi explains.

"Cool."

"Sounds like a good plan."

"Let's just hope that your brother won't find out."

"We'll find out."

D-3 before Jihoon's Birthday

With Jihoon being distracted thanks to Haknyeon, the gang carries out the mission. One group gets the party supplies for the concept. Another group prepares the food and snack.

"Daehwi-ah? What do you think about this?" Eric asks.

"Hmm... I don't know. Maybe we'll call Minhyun-hyung to help us."

"I figure you would say that."

"Why? Are you saying I'm bad at cooking?" Daehwi teases his friend.

"I'm just asking about the food not roasting at you," Eric replies.

So they called Minhyun to help out with all the food.

1 hr. later

"I don't know why, but taking me somewhere to eat and explore many places was amazing. Thanks, Haknyeon." 

"Hey, aren't we friends, Jihoon? Of course, I take you somewhere, and once we're hanging out again, it's your turn to treat me."

"Like if I ever have money with me." Jihoon teases.

"Yah. You're rich, so you owe me."

"Again, I'm not rich."

*phone buzz 

"Hold on a second. I need to make a phone call. I'll be right back."

"Okay." Jihoon lets him be.

"What up, Daehwi-ah?"

"Did you keep him distracted all day?" Daehwi asks.

"One hundred percent. Rest assured as always."

"Good. Now, remember for the plan, right?"

"Of course I remember. Once you guys are all set, can you remind me? I always tend to forget."

"Fine, hyung. You know about Jihoon-hyung's birthday in three days, right?"

"Sure I do, I gotta go. Bye." Haknyeon hangs up his phone.

Though he did try to hide far away from Jihoon, there's someone who eavesdropped in his conversation.

"A birthday party, huh?" he grins as he calls his buddy.

"Hey, Jinyoung-ah, in about three days, we're going to a birthday party."

Hey, long story you guys but I just want to say thanks for waiting and see you guys on spring break. Bye.
