You woke up to banging on your apartment door. Half asleep you walk to the door and looked through the peep hole. Standing on the other side was Spencer, confused you open the door. "Spence what are you doing here" "well um you see I keep having this nightmare" he says nervously playing with his fingers. "Oh Spence come in" you moved out of the way to let him come in. He was breathing heavy and looked pale. "Spencer sit down" you said softly grabbing his hand leading him to the couch. "Y/n I've had nightmares before but this one i-it's different" "Spence you can talk to me what happens in the dream" "it starts with me at my apartment and I get a call from an unknown number and I answer it the guy on the other line tells me that he's holding you hostage. So I call Hotch and tell him I need help. Me and the team get to the building he was holding you and I walk into a room you're sitting there. In a old wooden chair and you hands are tied together behind your back and your ankles are tied to the legs of the chair. Right before I could run to you the unsub runs up from behind you. He holds the gun to your head and I try to get him to stop but he pulls the trigger. The sound of the gunshot wakes me up and it always ends there" he said quickly still playing with his hands "Spence it's okay I'm right here I'm not going anywhere" "y/n I can't lose you you're basically the only person in my life that keeps me from falling apart" tears start to form in his eyes. "Spencer look at me" you cup his face. He lifts his head and your eyes meet "y/n you don't get it I'm mentally not strong enough to lose you" "Spence you're never going to lose me" somehow you guys ended up only half an inch apart. He puts a finger under your chin and connects your lips. You guys stayed like that for a minute. Until you both pull away. He looks at you and smiles. "Now you're really not gonna lose me" you smile and kiss him again.
