Maddie's POV
It was now time for solos, this was make or break for my reputation not only as a dancer but as a person.
"Now for junior division number #27 with Louder" says the announcer. JoJo was one of the most energetic dancers I have ever seen, she missed a few turns but overall she was excellent.
After JoJo danced, Mackenzie and Kendall danced for the junior division and they were amazing as always dancing their routines spot on without a single fault to make.
"Now for junior division number #13 with Double Rainbow" says the announcer
That's me, my time to shine, I walk onto the stage and when I dance I feel like nothing can touch me, and that nothing was going to hurt me, the music didn't change so I'm guessing that was just a thing to mess with me. When I finish my dance the whole crowd is cheering except for Candy Apples and the ALDC mums and Abby give me a standing ovation.
After my dance it was time for the teen category, Kalani danced beautifully I would be very surprised if she didn't win overall for teens.
After the group routine, it was time for the results and I was super nervous for the results.
"Welcome to yet another great season of dancing, I'm Mitch and I'll be announcing the results of this national competition. For this competition their will be no division placing only overall placing" says Mitch
At this moment I was freaking out, thoughts where going through my mind and I had the biggest butterfly in my stomach.
"In 4th place we have entry #19" shouts Mitch. Kendall came up to the stage to accept her prize
"In 3rd place entry #21" shouts Mitch, Kalani comes to accept her award.
oh no it's either JoJo bet me or I didn't place
And the winner of the national competition is... entry
"And second place is entry #13" shouts Mitch
OMG I came 2nd, What if JoJo beats me? I am so scared to the core right now
And the winner of the National Competition is... entry #19 Feel Again!
OMG, Mackenzie won!!! My precious little sister won her very first dance competition, no words express how proud I am of her
