*Dream POV*

I drove home to get started on cleaning up from my cooking. After I have the dishes washed and the leftover pancakes put away I go up to my office to get some work in. After about 2 hours I get a message from SapNap asking to record.

I let him know I'm free and a few moments later I get a call, and upon answering it I'm reminded how nice hearing is. SapNap decided it would be a good idea to ever so loudly great me.

"HEY DREAM! You ready to record?" He loudly says as soon as he sees that I've answered.

"What the heck Sap? Why are you so loud?" I ask

"I don't know, I'm excited to hang out with my friend and hyper I guess." SapNap answers.

"Do you need to run around to burn off some energy then?"

"Nah, I'll be fine. Anyway, recording. I'm excited to play what you've made." He says as I'm starting up my game and recording software.

We play the game for a few hours and after we have enough content for a video we just talk about life.

"So Dream, you get to talk to your boyfriend anymore?" Sap asks me.

"George isn't my boyfriend, and after last night I don't know if he will be." I tell him.

"What did you do?" He asks sounding concerned.

"This was nothing to do with me, I guess he has a crazy ex-boyfriend and he called George last night while we were watching a movie. It had him scared pretty bad, after I took the call and told the dude to leave George alone for him, he cried on my shoulder for like 10 minutes." I sat back in my seat, rolling slightly away from the keyboard.

"He had you answer the phone for him or did you steal his phone when the call came in?" SapNap asks.

"He answered and tried to take the call outside, but he's still an open book at times and it was too obvious that something was wrong and the call wasn't going to help. I know I shouldn't have, but I had to know, so I listened in. He was trying so hard to not sound scared while on the call, but it could still be heard in his voice. So I stepped in and ended up telling this dude off." I explain feeling guilt for myself and just imagining how George felt during all of this last night.

"Do you think that he'll try anything again?"

"For George's sake, I hope not. I blocked the number that he used so George shouldn't be bothered by him again." There is a moment of silence, SapNap must have been taking this all in.

"You told him you like him yet?" Sap then asks.

I shake my head even though I know he can't see. "Not yet, I told him that we used to know each other years ago, but it was early in the morning and he pretty much just woke up so we agreed to go on a hike of sorts in a local park and talk more about it." I check the time, it's only 3 so I don't need to start getting ready quite yet.

"Well, I hope that the walk and talk works out for you. Make sure to keep me updated. Just to check you don't happen to need a wingman right?" He asks with I'm sure a smirk.

I laugh a little at him. "No, I'll be fine. But I'll keep you in mind for if I ever do."

"I'll take it, anyway I should start editing this video and you need to start getting ready for your date." And before I could say anything more the call was ended.

I sent SapNap a quick text.

Me: It's not a date, you butt

SapNap: Sure it isn't, doesn't change
the fact that you should be getting ready
