Despite having a great standing in the class, grade-wise, Rei was forced into a study group with her friends. Well, technically her brother tried to make her join him and Kirishima, but she wanted to leave them alone to bond, if not confess their undying love. So, now the girl was going to spend time with her friends and classmates at Momo's house.

"Wait I'm confused. How did you get 73 for x?"

"That's easy, Sero, just follow the formula— how the heck did you get 46?"

"I used the formula."

"This is a multiple choice question, that's not any of the options, we're five questions ahead of you, and that's the wrong formula"

Rei looked over at the boy's journal and saw what Momo said was correct. She prayed to the exam gods that he did well in the finals. Heavens know he needed it.

She turned her attention back to the math review she was completing and boxed her answer before scribbling on Sero's paper.

"Use that formula for question nine, and the one you tried to use for question fourteen."

The dark haired boy looked at the equation she wrote and smiled with relief.

"Thanks, Rei!"

"No problem"

"Hey," Kyoka scooched closer to the blonde. "What page are you on? It looks like you're on a different one than us."

"Oh, I already finished it. I just need to check my work and stuff."

The hostess of the group study rose her eyebrows, clearly not expecting someone in the study group to to get that ahead.

The study session lasted about half an hour longer, before the guys had to leave to make it to the bus. Kyoka was going to leave with Rei, since they had planned to go to the blonde's house to hang out earlier that week.

Once they had actually gotten to the Bakugou household, Rei was already pre-apologizing for the tenth time since her brother was naturally a loud baboon. The lack of loud noises while they were approaching the neighborhood informed her he was not home yet.

The two girls had walked there, making a stop to get a snack since it was a longer walk than they would like, but it was doable.

"Welcome back, sweetie! How was your studying session?"

Rei smiled at her dad, the only one in her family she could tolerate a lengthy conversation with since he never rose his voice like her brother and mother.

"Hi, dad! It was great—"

"Oh, which friend of yours is this? I can't remember since you've talked about a few different ones and the entire time your brother was yelling over the conversation."

Kyoka stifled her laughter of the unsurprising actions of the Pomeranian.

"Hello, sir! I'm Jirou Kyoka. I'm not sure if she mentioned me—"

"Oh, wait, let me guess. You're the one with the cats— no, wait, the music one, right?"

"That's the one," Rei confirmed to her dad, who now looked proud of his correct guess. The guest was surprised she was talked about and felt happy about the fact. "We're going to hang out in my room, now. Let me know if explosion brains is here— assuming he doesn't announce it a mile away."
