A/N: Hello! This is a special chapter with alternating POVs. Sorry for the wait!

POV Keefe

Keefe stared at Sophie. He, for some reason, was not able to understand her emotions. Keefe had always excelled at reading the emotions of people around him based on their actions and facial expressions, but when it was Sophie, everything was completely different. It was as if he could feel the emotions in her, when before he could only make an educated guess based on what they were doing. Sophie was staring out the window, and he could just tell what she felt. Anger, hurt, and irritation... but why?

"Keefe?" Brielle tapped him on the shoulder. "Are you listening?" Oh. Keefe had forgotten that Brielle was talking to him. Brielle was the complete opposite of Sophie— Keefe could not read her expressions or intent at all. He glanced back at Sophie, and their eyes met. After a split second, she turned back to the window she kept looking out of. Keefe cleared his throat.

"Sorry Gabrielle" Keefe muttered just as the car stopped at the photoshoot destination.

As they each stepped out, the three gasped in shock and recognized what could only be...

POV Sophie

"Hello!" Director Davis held out his arm as he exited from the door of a huge mansion. Next to him stood an old man whom Sophie never seen before-- not that it was a surprise. She was new to this acting world. She shook the man's hand after Keefe and Brielle, then looked up at the mansion again. It was beautiful yet rustic. The rough gray walls were complemented by a subtle trail of a vine wrapping itself across it.

Perfect.

The unfamiliar man stepped forward. "Hello, my name is Mr. Forkle. I will be your mentor for acting." He handed a business card to the three. "Starting... today. I will also be an assistant director to Mr. Davis, who is right next to me." Director Davis nodded. "I manage the set partially as well, so let's head on in." He motioned for them to follow.

As they entered the ethereal building, almost everything caught Sophie's eyes. The delicate wallpaper, the camera setup, the huge-light-object that she couldn't quite remember the name of, and a greenscreen. The entire floor was filled with photo gear, and the light surrounding the walls were abundant and gleaming. A few "wows" and "awesomes" brought her back to reality.

Fitz, Biana, and Dex stood at the gate of the entrance waiting for them. Fitz looked amazing as usual. His hair was ruffled to perfection. Biana's hair on the other hand was wrapped in a tight bun, and her outfit was a casual long dark gray dress with an oversized black trench coat. Dex had on a button shirt like Fitz, but his hair had a more of a gelled back hairstyle. She felt nervous for in her long black dress, but was excited. Everything she had been hoping would come true, came true. She hid a smile, but for some reason, it was no use.

"Ready, Foster?" A laughing Keefe said. Sophie nodded and grinned.

A group photo was first. The staff lined up the actors. Unsurprisingly, Brielle stood in front. She was the main lead. But where would Sophie go? Surely not the front either. Keefe stood beside Brielle as expected.

"Next, Sophie Foster. Stand right next to Keefe Sencen here." A staff member helped Sophie over. Sophie held up her hand in a wave to Keefe and Brielle. "Perfect."

Sophie did not expect this. Her character was not so much in the main-main-cast of all characters. So why was she put to the front? She crossed her fingers that she could trust the process of the film adaption of her favorite book. But she was prepared.
