Goodbyes

Tam's POV:

Haha. Good one, Tam. Nice try, but she isn't that girl, stupid. Who knows how many other Biana's out there? She can't be that girl. You're just dreaming, dummy. My brain said, snorting. Besides, its not like you're going to meet her now. You're just being stupid.

I agreed, I mean, why would I meet that annoying girl now? She might have her own life now, she-

"Um...Tam? You listening?"Biana asked, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Oh, yeah! Sorry, just thinking about something, that's all."I said, blushing, why was I blushing?

Biana grinned,"We shouldn't be seen out like this, after all, you're going to have a mission."

"A rather stupid one..."I grumbled.

Biana chuckled,"So...what are you doing out here then?"

"To take a breather from all that darkness."

"Wow, I didn't know that Tam Song, a.k.a the dude who looooves he dark, the emo dude and the dude that never ever gets away from the darkness liked the sun."

"Hey, I need to keep healthy, okay?"I laughed, like, actually laughed. 

I hadn't done that in a long time, probably not since my dad tore his pants and slipped on a elixr, falling onto a pile of poop.

Biana laughed with me, and for a short while, we just did that, laughing, it was kinda nice, it felt nice to remember to laugh.

But that moment soon came to an end, and Biana wiped the tears from her eyes, and said,"We better get going."

I nodded, but my feet didn't go in the direction I wanted it to go, instead, it just stood there, rooted to the spot.

Biana frowned, and I assumed she didn't ask anything since she thought that I was hesitant to go because I was scared.(I was scared, in fact)

We stayed there in silence, watching huge crowds of gnomes and elves bustle into the huge shop. A huge change after just a few minutes ago, we where laughing our heads off.

But after a few minutes, Biana spoke,"Hey, Tam. Have you ever liked anyone? You don't have to answer, I'm just asking."

I frowned, "Nope. I'm too busy taking care of my sister. Anyways, I've been at Exillium for a long time, and at that time, I couldn't look at anyone or interact with them so...no, I've never had a crush on anyone. Why? "

Biana blushed,"I-I have one. He's kind of like you, actually. Really nice. He attracted me from the day I met him. But...I don't think he likes me. He might like someone else."

I felt a feeling, maybe jealousy? I wasn't sure. Why would I feel jealous? Anyways, that boy probably might be Dex. Marella had once told me that Stina told her that they had once held hands.

"Weeeelll, I'm not that great at these problems,"I admitted,"but...that guy is definitely gonna regret choosing you. You're really nice!"

Biana blushed even harder,"Thanks. I appreciate that."

"No problem."

Suddenly, Biana crushed me into a hug,"Don't give up, okay? No matter what. We're all counting on you. You and Glimmer."Biana said.

"Gee, no pressure."

Biana chuckled and let me go,"Oh! That reminds me. Here."She produced a little stuff toy, a toy bat, one that was all black and looked really grouchy, but was small enough for me to hold in one hand. 

"What's this?"

"Something for you to remember me of. I figured if everyone had a stuff toy, you should have one too. Her name is Mrs Emo."

My cheeks turned red, and I shove it into my bag that I was holding,"Thanks. But that means I have to get you something too."

"You don't."

"I do."I ran over to a toy shop and stared at all the stuff toys staring at me, I frowned at all of them, but finally chose one.

The stuff toy was a sparkly Panda, with a bow tie in front,"I name him Mr Sparky.(I was tempted to add Mr. Sparky Sparky Boom man, but that's a ATLA reference) 

Biana laughed and took it,"I'll definitely keep him safely, but you should probably go now, I see my dad waving at you. "

I nodded.

"Bye!"Biana said, waving her hand.

I smirked and waved back, and this time, I could control my feet again and I began walking towards the dark again.

But there was something different, I repeated Biana's words to me, a sign of encouragement, even if they were just a few words.

And I walked, ready to join the Neverseen again.

Biana's POV:

As I saw Tam walk off into the dark, I smiled, but tears filled my eyes again, not with joy, but with sadness, I whispered, "Goodbye Tam, Goodbye. I hope that we'll see each other soon."

My arms are more pain than ever, and I had to have a torturous training yesterday.
